3 Tips for Excellent Olive Tapenade

Olive tapenade can be made simply and quickly thanks to the food processor, but if you use a food processor (which is highly recommended), keep in mind a few things:
1. Pulse. Don't purée.
2. Chop half of the parsley by hand.
3. Stir in the olive oil by hand.

Would using sun dried olives in the tapenade instead of brine olives make for more olive taste in the final product? Thank you for showing your skill and art in keeping this simple... pure and simple.

Pulse: roughly chopped parsley 2 cups pitted black olives 1-2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp capers 1 tbsp vinegar Juice of 1/2 lemon Zest of 1 lemon Pinch pepper flakes Mix with 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/2-1 cup finely chopped parsley.
