Jeff, I practice Qi gong right after my yoga Asana 😊 I have you to thank for that! I have been practicing right alongside with you for about a year now and I feel my anxiety and depression lifting everyday in the more I do it! Namaste and thank you for being my instructor 🙏😊✌

I practice a few minutes every morning. Also when my hands are numb, the exercise restores the feeling and function.

Hey jeff, for the past couple months I have gotten addicted to weed and I want to quit. Ive been 3 days clean and your Qigong videos have helped an amazing amount with withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia. for the past 3 nights I have used your qigong sleep routines video and I am forever grateful.

I find chi gong to be quite powerful. Especially barefoot, outside with the trees and a breeze. I get pleasant chills when the wind picks up. I am learning to focus monkey mind on my intention and goals for doing it and it is just an amazing experience.

I practice mainly ba duan jin (eight treasures), yi jin Jing and xi sui jing from my shaolin master and I've seen those benefits: increased energy, strength and stamina, more mental clarity, more happiness, accelerated healing, less sickness etc. Qi gong is one of the easiest way to boost your health exponentially

Hello Jeff, been following you and doing your routines since mid May here in the U.K. This is my first comment and i must say i noticed a positive effect from day one, however in the last few weeks i feel the sense of well being even more. Hi, Jeff. I've been practicing for a couple of years, with the help of RU-vid instructors. You're my favorite because you keep it simple. I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian, & I'm almost 60, so there is structural limitation to my movements. I've been able to do almost everything you've shared. Qigong is the best way to release chaotic energy & stress. If I'm emotionally off balance, qigong is the solution. Thank you, so very much!!

I have been practicing qi gong daily since March this year. Every morning I start my day with some Qigong in the park. It helps me to become grounded and calm. The turbulent mind settles when I practice and it's a nice way to gently wake up my body, especially before sitting down an entire day. It helps my posture, which is great when working at home.
