Hey jeff, for the past couple months I have gotten addicted to weed and I want to quit. Ive been 3 days clean and your Qigong videos have helped an amazing amount with withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia. for the past 3 nights I have used your qigong sleep routines video and I am forever grateful.
I find chi gong to be quite powerful. Especially barefoot, outside with the trees and a breeze. I get pleasant chills when the wind picks up. I am learning to focus monkey mind on my intention and goals for doing it and it is just an amazing experience.

Hi, Jeff. I've been practicing for a couple of years, with the help of RU-vid instructors. You're my favorite because you keep it simple. I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian, & I'm almost 60, so there is structural limitation to my movements. I've been able to do almost everything you've shared. Qigong is the best way to release chaotic energy & stress. If I'm emotionally off balance, qigong is the solution. Thank you, so very much!!
I have been practicing qi gong daily since March this year. Every morning I start my day with some Qigong in the park. It helps me to become grounded and calm. The turbulent mind settles when I practice and it's a nice way to gently wake up my body, especially before sitting down an entire day. It helps my posture, which is great when working at home.
Jeff, you were my first experience of qigong. I started back in March 2020 and have continued nearly every day ever since. Thank you so much for making it so accessible and for your clear teaching. I just started this practice and did a sleep one and woke up feeling really good; however, I can’t warm up! I did two sessions last night and one today and I’m freezing! Could it be this?
