Nooster 125 wtf.. that's way too much no wonder you ain't seeing results in your arms because you're over doing it and not giving them a chance to Rest repair and build up.. You only need to work your biceps twice weekly on non consecutive days along with eating right you'll start seeing gains

Tried this workout today with 2 of my boys and this was awesome!!! Best arm workout I’ve had in weeks. Really shocked the hell out of my biceps, liked that shit!!!! When I do hammer curls I hold the opposite arm in contraction while the working arm is in motion ! The pause of the arm at the top of contraction while the other arm is in motion is a killer ! Time under tension is maximized !

Andres Villanueva each set three to four times I usually do when I do biceps 💪 just sling it in for a burn out at the end of your workout ,., you won’t always get correct form on the heavier dumbbells the lighter weights make up for that !., plus in time you’ll get correct form on the heavier dumbbells then you start goin heavier ! , 😉
