Hi Cyster! In this video I show you my 3 ways to get and stay motivated with PCOS! Let me know in the comments, what's been the hardest part of your PCOS journey?
I've really been cracking down on my PCOS thanks to your videos. I am so glad to see you post something like this because it's so hard not to lose motivation when thr results are slow. I'm losing weight, it's been 2 months and I've lost around 4 pounds, I've been gradually shifting my diet and exercising regularly-- but like you said results can vary and mine are very slow. Thank you for your content! I'd love to see more full 30 minute strength training routines to add to my workouts! :)
Absolutely love your videos I just stopped taking birth control I did wait till the end of the pack in hopes I could get to my doctor but couldn’t get there. With your tips and tricks can’t wait to start my journey of staying motivated with my pcos. I have taken three different birth control pills since i started on them 10 years ago last one hasn’t worked and my doctors didn’t listen going to be finding a new doctor soon. Finding you on Instagram and then watching your videos on RU-vid have been a big inspiration for my pcos journey
I feel so overwhelmed when it comes to diet changes. I am so stressed every time I try to make a change. I am way overweight and my PCOS is out of control. Your videos are helping me get an idea of what I should be avoiding and what I should be eating, I just have trouble coming up with my own diet plan and meal prepping so that it's more manageable. I am a nursing student so time is not my friend, unfortunately. I want to change because I am tired of feeling bad. I don't even know the first thing about going gluten and dairy free but I am willing to try! I have seen one or two of your supplement videos on which to take, but I'm confused in one video you include taking ovasitol, chromium, magnesium, omega 3, adrenal supplement, and CBD oil, but in another video, you mentioned taking COQ10, and curcumin. What all do you take personally? I just want an idea of what I should start off with taking that will help improve my PCOS.
I feel like giving up. I've been at the highest of my weight and I feel like no matter what I do, I keep gaining. I'm on day 2 of ovasitol and just feeling so frustrated if this battle is worth it
Yes! Ovasitol works to help target and treat insulin resistance. This can help with cravings, stabilizing blood sugar levels, as well as, helping to regulate your cycle!
Hi Cyster, I know hair loss is so disheartening. It is a common symptom that many cysters can experience. I have another video on my channel where I talk more in depth about hair loss and tips you can try to help with that! You can check it out :)
So gimmicky. And you never have any real idea of what you’re talking about, you give generic advice when everybody’s body is different & if you don’t like any adverse feedback you block people😂😂😂 talking loud and saying NOTHING.
