It will cut the noise of the amp the more you increase the knob the more aggressive the pedal gates ( This is applicable to hisss noises ): Now if you have hummm problem it might help to reduce the hummmmm but it won't cut it completely.
@@solomonicdemons680 Thanks. My Super Champ 2 has both hiss and hum pretty bad even on +2 volume. Not sure what's going on. Bad home electronic wiring or interference or what.
