30-DAY FIT: Day 16 - 💪 Today, we’re focusing on a CHEST & ABS workout. For the next 30 minutes, we’ll power through 10 unique exercises, each repeated 3 times. Each exercise will challenge you for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adjust your speed accordingly. Get ready to push your limits and feel the burn!
Workout Breakdown:
Warm-Up (3 minutes)
1. Chest Press x 3
2. Chest Fly x 3
3. Diamond Press x 3
4. Alternating Chest Press x 3
5. Rotating Dumbbell Press x 3
6. Standing Low Dumbbell Fly x 3
7. Dumbbell Crunch x 3
8. Leg Raises x 3
9. Mountain Climber x 3
10. Weighted Deadbugs x 3
REPEAT x 3
Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
- Upper body stretches
Workout Structure:
- Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
- Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
- Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
- Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
Equipment:
- Body weight
- Mat
- 40lbs x 2
- 20lbs x 2
