This is not your average workout - we're taking things up a notch with a superset format. You'll perform two exercises for 30 seconds each, back-to-back without rest, then take a 30-second breather before diving into the next superset.
We're targeting every major muscle group in this workout: legs, shoulders, deltoids, back, chest, biceps, and triceps. But we're not stopping there! We're finishing strong with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit to increase our heart rates and ensure a total body burnout.
So, grab a set of dumbbells and get ready to sweat! (I'm using 20 lb / 9 kg dumbbells. Feel free grab a heavy set and a lighter set of dumbbells.) Remember, it's not about perfection, it's about progress. Let's get stronger together.

I used 1.5kg dumbell weights when I first started out (3kg in total) so don't worry. As long as ur form is correct, u will feel the difference, and if it becomes easier, u can up the rep tempo or add abit more weight, just go at ur own pace and good luck!!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ru-vid.comUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Awesome workout! A great exercise routine that efficiently fits my schedule, so doable. It's impressive to be able to do a full body workout with just dumbbells, and a floor mat at a short period of time. I've been doing this for a month 3 days per week with excelent results. I'm controlling my diet, so i can definitely see the muscles gains and fat loss. I just added a bit more of abdomen exercises and I feel it's perfect. It would be great to see small possible variances in angles and exercises that would be possible to keep this routine for much longer. Thank you a lot

I’m a 44 yr old who’s doing this for the first time now. Been lifting weights for a couple months every other day but want to incorporate more cardio. This was perfect. Using 13 lb weights.

Can be for sure! Go at your own pace and start out with light weights then work your way up.

Great,no waffling on and on like some do.Just straight into the exercises.Had me on the burpees though,due to wrist injury, however it would have caught up to me on the 2nd set anyway.Great job...

Love this workout! I'm 59 years old and I can do it! I just have to use lighter weights and take my time. But here's what I love about it... I have something to aspire to, you're not counting at us in an annoying voice, you're just using gestures and good eye contact to motivate. This workout has longevity for me! Bonus, the cooldown at the end. I'm more flexible than you and that makes me feel... Something 🙂 Thank you🎉

I really enjoy your videos and would be thrilled if you included a video workouts for smaller waist and the 11 abs because the abs workout in your channel is primarily geared toward guys and it makes my waist a little broader. Please perform the 11 abs workout in a video.

Bosh, this guy really come up with the goods. He'd push you to your wits' end and you'd thank him for having done so. Fair warning though: this set is tough. For beginners - returning intermediates like yours truly - it's probably advisable to use much lighter weights, focusing on the proper form (rather than reps), and just do fewer than Dan. This guy is a bona fide BEAST! 😍
