351 calories! Pretty accurate and really nice! I have a lysfranc foot injury and it’s really hard for me to find standing workouts that are challenging but easy on my foot, thank you so much definitely adding you to my little list of good workout RU-vid channels. 👍🏼
Nice class. I burned about 375 calories so not so far off and it was more sweaty than I expected though my heart rate stayed in zone 1. I was happy I could do most of the steps without too much issue as normally anything that listed as dance I wouldn't keep up, so perhaps this was very easy or I may be getting slightly better.
I really appreciate the careful consideration that went into the music choice along with the moves. For the most part, its easy to find the right beats your supposed to be hitting, which makes the more challenging combos easier to get the swing of, and lets me take my eyes off the timer and focus on competing the movements to the best of my ability. It helps me get lost in the rhythm, and makes the 30 second intervals fly by! Also, I appreciate the built in warm up and cool down periods, really useful to a beginner like me. It was an intimidating step for me to move up from 15 min workouts to 30 min, and your format is really helping me, thank you!

Wish there is an extended version (1 hr?) of this low impact workout for those of us who need to burn more calories with the exercise that is easy on our knees 😊

i burnt 183 calories … that’s the most i’ve burnt in 30 mins over the past 3 month. loved this workout! will definitely be doing this at least 3 times a week

omg..... eleni, you really are amazing at making these workout videos, i was just commenting on the standing abs workout video on the other day then i came across this video! Its easy to follow and gets me sweating!! Love how its not boring either, kept me moving around the entire video🎉 im currently trying to lose 7kg and this is definitely one of my must do daily workouts 😂
I love these cardio dances! I have been doing them for a month now. I have naturally muscular legs, especially my calves, and I have realized they have been getting bulkier though. Any suggestions for how to adjust these routines to avoid that? I do a lot of leg stretches after.

This workout was really enjoyable I get back in track with my workout routine after a year of rest due to leg injury I put on a lot of fat and lost my muscles however I'm happy and excited to get back in track I'm not fit like I was but let's hope I'm getting my stamina like before and better inshallah
