This routine so thoroughly kicked my A$$ I'm goind it again tomorrow. My advice for anyone trying it for the first time is to go lower in the weights at the beginning than what you are accustomed to. Great job, DanielPT!

Daniel you are my favorite fitness followalong RU-vidr but the only thing that prevents me from following along is not having a warmup and cooldown routine baked into your videos. When I followed your training I got the best workouts and results but having to navigate three separate videos (a warmup, the actual workout, and a cooldown vid) it was too daunting. Please please please can you include those in all of your videos? That would be the best Christmas gift. Can’t wait to get back into your workouts. Great arrangement of exercises. Completed 🔥🔥. Sir i asked you yesterday , about my calorie intake. Can you tell how much should I consume being a 17 year old boy, 5 feet 4 inch, want to be fit , nor fat neither skinny, doing your workouts on daily basis. Currently I am at 2400 calories. And I am gaining fat along with muscle. So please tell 🙏
You can use these websites to get an estimation about how much your body needs...Its will not be 100% accurate but it will give you an estimation...if with 2400kcal you are still gaining fat the answer is pretty simple : you are still consuming more than what your body needs. Reduce it maybe by 200-300 kcal and see how your body is responding to it after 3-4 weeks.
I would love a warmup and cooldown as in the video as well. I perform these workouts on my tv and don’t have access to separate videos. It’s too much work. I would rather jump in and perform a warmup workout and cooldown all in one. Plus you can (should) customize the warmups and cooldowns for the workout. @en1148 would you be opposed to having one video with all of the three components? Wouldn’t it make things more convenient for you too?

The investment on his part to produce such quality both in time & funding is significant whilst he's developing the platform. He puts a link in the description on every upload for warm-up purposes that's perfectly adequate and appropriate to expect this segment pre & post each session is not realistic nor appropriate. It really isn't. If you want such a facility, subscribe to his app for the privilege but don't expect more than he invests for nothing.
