Great workout with weights. Really took my workout to the next level. I’m a 63 year old woman who has gone from a size 12 down to a 6. Now I want to work on toning up and increasing my strength and balance. Will definitely put you into my workout schedule!
Love this workout. I have been doing other osteoporosis exercise programs but really like this one best so far. Love the instruction and no talking while completing each exercise. Love the music selection. Like that there is enough time between each exercise to adjust weight, etc. Thanks

I so appreciate you, Schellea!! I hope you know what a beautiful soul you are and how you have motivated many of us to stay fit and healthy and have that mind-body balance. I am 57 years old and worked out really hard in my 40s but then I turn 50 and my body rebelled and your workouts really help me. Although there are others on RU-vid, I always favour your workouts, because of the overall content and feel good messaging. Keep doing what you’re doing! And I agree more of these weight training longer videos would be fantastic. Absolutely wonderful and challenging in a good way!!🎉
I normally do 10 minute variety of dumbell exercises with you but after trying this 30 minute workout I thoroughly enjoyed all the exercises and will do these 3 days per week instead of a daily 10 minute session. I also walk 3 times oer week for 5 to 7 kilometers up and down hills and on the flat surfaces. I managed to do all the exercises but found the last arm ones on the video challenging. Thank you. I will be 69 yrs of age soon and have been exercising mostly at the gym most of that time with periods of being lazy inbetween!

I used 3 lb for the entire time and struggled with the shoulder lifts- had to take one 3 second break in all 3 rounds! Also nursing shoulder injury so I won’t get discouraged by that

Started Fabulous 50s workout 4 months ago. Three times in my life, I let myself go and stopped eating right and working out. I decided, never again. I came across these workouts and pushed myself. I'm only 5'4" and was weighing in at 170 (not healthy) and I knew that. Everything hurt. Fast forward 4 months, today (6/9) I am down to 155, so proof these workouts work if you stick with them. I just started the weight training video and it kicked my butt and that's ok. I also cut out all sugar and flour and after only 7 days, I have NO cravings and I'm not bloated or inflamed anymore, what a difference. I always knew how to eat healthy, just let life take over and got side tracked, but now I'm back on track thanks to Fabulous 50s. Schellea makes these workouts fun and gets me motivated, so grateful I found these and will stick with them.
I started doing your arm workout videos early in the pandemic and still use them 3x a week. I love this new full body video. Please consider doing more of these strength training videos with dumbbells for the full body. They are very needed, especially for those of us who have low bone density. You are a delight. One of the best dumbbell exercise routines you have put together, Shellea! I was challenged throughout by varying the dumbell weights for each exercise. Luckily, I have six different sets of weights. I haven’t got a 20 lb set yet, but don’t think I will need it for a little while!
I’m not 50 but I have muscular dystrophy and pcos so I love your workouts. This was my favourite and I survived. Could I request more full body weights workouts with modifications example I can’t raise my arms please.
I'm 63 with low bone density, and your workouts and personality inspire me. I've been working out with you for years, but today was my first time doing this particular workout. I love it, it's just right, and I can grow with it by upping the weights. I also do your WONDERFUL rebounder workouts (more please), and I used it today for the warmup and did the health bounce or marching on it during the rest times. It was great!

Such a good workout Schellea! Just challenging enough to reallly notice it's working, but not so much that you want to give up. I'm 59 and only just realised I have to get more serious about looking after myself so I'm grateful to have your motivational exercises everyday. I find it a bit hard to focus on a longer workout usually but I really enjoyed the 3 rep rotation as it felt like something new was always coming up. I just did it in the 37 degree Osaka heat (keeping hydrated at all times of course) with 2kg weights. That'll do me for the day lol.
I'm really LOVING this workout😁 Making sure I stick to 3 days per week, spread out. Have got a lot stronger in a short time period. Very doable. I also love mix and matching your 8 to 10 minute set of exercises and stretches. Especially love the 9 min balance. Gone from wobbling all over the place to becoming steady as a rock! Now challenging myself to do it with my eyes closed for a whole new perspective! THANKYOU ❤
