Thank you so much for keeping us well informed on the nature of our bodies as we grow older. The way you share your knowledge and information is so well explained it is easy for me to understand and incorporate into my daily life. I have never looked so forward to exercising as I do now. That is due in part as I now understand why it must be done and how to do it, but mostly because you are so encouraging, positive and passionate about what you do. Today is my 121st consecutive day of 30 minutes or a bit more of Fabulous 50's workouts. I feel stronger, have better balance, and my outlook has improved. Thank you for providing these wonderful routines which are now part of my DAILY routine. We are never too old to think positive and act with purpose!
And once again Schellea you have hit it out of the park! This one is truly excellent. Did it this morning and I challenged myself on the weights as I am getting stronger all the time. Used 5, 8 and 10lb. 😊
Hi Schellea, I just did this workout for the 3rd time and I love it! I just turned 65 and I have to start workouts with weights and I love this and it covers all of the body. I really challenged myself today and I will keep you posted. I love this type of video. I have lost 22 lbs so far!!!

Schellea your workouts are the ONLY ones that work for me. Please do a workout using resistance bands, we would all appreciate it as we do all your videos!
Schellea, Yes please do a workout with resistance bands! Maybe how to modify the ones with weights with bands? I can’t do weights due to neck issues, but I find that the resistance bands work really well for me. Would really love for you to do a few resistance band workouts!

This is an incredible workout! My husband had cancer, which is now cancer free, but we lived in an apartment in Houston for eight months and I became completely disconnected from working out. Friends of mine kept telling me to start doing yoga after we returned home. I found yoga too slow and boring. Then, I remembered Schellea and fabulous 50s!!! It’s only been a week, using her various videos, and I feel uplifted, energized, and positive about my body again. Everything she says is healing and affirming. Thank you so much!

Defo a 3 times a week one. Moving on from your normal routines, this is defo next level and I thank you for it. I have been working with you for the past year. Am so much fitter and this is just what I need now moving on. Thank you. ❤ I would love some 20-25 minutes separate for legs and separate for arms at this challenging level.
I am entering my third week doing these workouts. I love love love these dumbbell workouts. Please keep them coming! I gained 14 pounds over the last year. I lost my Mom among other things and simply ate with abandon. I've never had a weight problem in my life until now ( that I am 45). I do need to lose the weight. I do want to get back to my old self. But more importantly, I want to age well. My Mom had ALS and lost all mobility and speech. You are so encouraging in these videos, and I want to honor Mom by staying active. Thank you! I do about 2-3 of your videos a day. Plus, Buddy is a great mascot. My little dog who looks like she could be related to Buddy is my workout companion as well!

This was a good overall workout. I loved that you didn’t cut out the stretch at the end where you lost your balance a couple of times. We all do that and it is nice for those who are just starting out to see that it happens to the best of us. You are so encouraging and uplifting. I tell all of my friends about you. ❤🤗

I'll be 50 in a month and am struggling with discipline and willpower, therfore just floundering with my health and fitness goals. I found your website and just did this workout. Absolutely loved it. Manageable, as challenging as I choose to make it, non-annoying uplifting music in the background. I will be doing my best to keep at this, as well as looking at your site for more resources. ❤
