I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ru-vid.comUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Absolutely loved this workout! Just the right amount of intensity and just the right amount of sweat. The no repeats made the minutes go by so quickly. This will be my go to exercise now.

agreed perfect amount of intensity and just the right amount of sweat. Loved the no repeats, but I was like ugh we are only 15 mns in. Then she did a great job for the second half which made it bearable to finish.

I've been doing these 30-minute low impact workouts at least twice a week, in rotation with yoga and other aerobics. They're great, just the right amount of full-body work for this 60-something heart attack survivor to stay fit and healthy.

Maddie: "Another plank...but they're commando planks!" Me: phew, at least they're not up and down planks Me 5 seconds later: 😟😟😟 (😂😂 real talk though, I loved this set! I loved that you kept the exercises simple so that we could catch onto them quickly, and I loved the intensity level - not too intense so that I had nothing left to give by the end, but just enough to keep me feeling challenged the whole way through. Also no jumping!! My apartment downstairs neighbors thank you haha. Thank you Maddie!!! Would love a hundred of these types!!)

first full week doing this 30 minute hiit exercise and i'm already seeing strength build for me! i can now do at least a few commando planks, bicycle crunches with my legs lifted, and can hold plank around 30 seconds before needing to release. my goal is to do all of these exercises without stopping. at the rate i'm going, i should be able to accomplish those goals after three more weeks of consistent training. thank you for posting these exercises, madfit! they're so, so helpful and empowering

Love the no repeat mix of exercises. Loved the squat emphasis too. Really creeps up on you how hard you’re working (and sweating!) by about 20 minutes in. And those lunge squats right at the end 🥵Found my technique on the plank roll out to push up a bit clumsy but will probably get smoother next time with practice. Great Sunday afternoon workout ❤️

I just have to say. I started working out with you to begin with. I started going to other videos and regret it. You are the only one I feel explains what needs to without talking to much. Your exercises really work. Within the first three weeks of working out with you not only can I tell a difference in my endurance and body but I lost 6 pounds. That might not seem like a lot but when I have been trying to get below 140 for years and have been unable. When I got on the scale and saw 138 I was ecstatic! I have not been below 140 in 20 years or longer. Thank you so much for posting your videos and helping beginners that are not in thir 20s or 30s. I am sure they benefit everyone no matter where they are in their workouts. I will continue with your videos.

Hello I'm 69 now and I modified these exercises by slowing the speed to 75% and my bends and squats were more shallow. Still a great workout I think.

Have never been to the gym for 2 years since the pandemic. Tried so many home workouts but this fit me really well! Just the right amount of energy but will make you sweat profusely! ❤️

2 words to describe this workout: planks, squats. If you love those two, you will like this workout. Workout with no jumps as promised. Not a fun of static planks, so I appreciated dynamic variation. No warmup and no cooldown. Do not recommend, if your knees need some break, mine started hurting immediately (my fault, didn't think there needed extra warmup).

I’m on a weight loss journey so I Started doing this workout yesterday and I plan on doing it for a whole week straight. I am female, my height is around 5’5 and I currently weigh 197.7 lbs, really hoping to drop 10 pounds or more. I’m gonna track my progress here if anyone is interested in following my progress :) Day 1: was winded but powered through the work out and was left feeling sore the next day lol. Don’t see any results yet but that’s obviously because I just started. Anyways wish me luck! Day 2: day 2 was a struggle, I did a 5 minute stretch before starting this work out to help with the soreness and it helped a lot. Doing these exercises was still tricky for me so I did take 2-3 mini breaks between some exercises for about 20 seconds and that’s ok. I feel good accomplishing the work out. I started doing 30 min, 15 min or 20 min workouts early in the morning to start off my day more energetic with a breakfast and a walk after the workout. I do this all before 8 o’clock during week days and during weekends before 10 o’clock. My thing is that I hate routines and I can never stick to them long term cus I get bored, but I need them cus other wise my mental health declines more so then the usual. Your workouts are perfect for that cus youtube recommends the next workout based on what I watched the previous days and its never the same workout and it always gets a bit more intense but even though I’m a beginner my body manages to keep up because of the previous beginner workouts I did. Also because of the mental health problems I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist which means my mood immediately changes to frustration sadness and just the feeling of not being good enough or that someone is also judging me the way I am… so your videos are great cus I can do them at home alone, you’re always reassuring and explaining what I should be feeling in the exercise so if Im feeling it I know Im doing it right and that calms me down and theres not much intrusive thoughts up here if I know what I should be feeling. I also love how you laugh when you give us something more hard as if we’re there and you can hear us complaining…. So its cool to be seen and not seen at the same time. Anyway awesome job with the videos! Thanks for bringing me back!

First time doing this 30 minute workout . I usually go with several ten minute workouts in succession or shorter workouts all put together to make 30 minutes . I think this may be the first 30 minute workout I have done and boy howdy am I feeling it ( in a good way ) . Thank you Maddie 👍🤛❤️🤘🎶

Omgggg 😭😭 I got so lucky with choosing a good workout video cause I only did this vid 3 times this week and my weight actually went down by a bit and obviously I’ll continue doing this I’m just so happy. Plus I dont have a plan or anything special with my diet, just making sure I eat small portions, and drink healthy things like more water. And thankssss

Really love your videos. Right amount of time for my attention span. Also love it when you give modifications, I have lower back issues and knee issues sometimes. So I can't always do all the things. At least with low impact I am getting something in rather than nothing. Getting that heart rate going, body moving, etc. Thank you.

I'm on day 14 of 75 Hard and this was a great workout for a Saturday. Low impact on my joints and very effective for breaking a sweat. Glad I chose this workout before I showered. knocked another workout out of the park. Thanks for the enthusiastic and motivating experience. My kids got 1/3 of the way through it with me.

I love when Maddie says a move is "everyone's favorite", good to know everyone hates that move as much as me 😂 But I love this workout! Still my go-to after a year of MadFit, I do it almost once a week because it never fails to get me sweating and get that burn, even with my bad, no impact knees. Love it!

I have been working out with you (and some other too) for long, here's my results in two months: 1-1,5cm off from arms, 3cm off from belly, 2,5-3cm off from thighs, 1cm off from calves and -1kg weightloss. Is this Definitely knee friendy? Because I really would like to do it, but I'm seeing squats involved and thinking that's the very exercise that triggers knee pain, 😔 but I'd really love to do it as there are so many good comments on here about the results ppl have gotten from doing this. I'm looking for a knee friendly, but effective fat burning/cardio workout to do. And I was hoping this would be it.

I absolutely love you. This type of workout used to be my whole workout. Now, this is my warmup before running. Over time and with consistency= results 🎉🎉🎉

Hi maddy and also anyone else who may be struggling with the same issues as me…I am 46 years old and a serial addict with boy image issues. They say therapy and NA are the cure for these things but I believe maddy fit is also. I tried other exercises in my 40+ years but none have given me the results and the want to do it again the next day. Usually I’m like fuck I gotta do that again tomorrow? But w maddy I’m like ooh I can’t wait to see what we do tomorrow. I tried other influencers on here and got hurt. Maddy is safe, doesn’t talk to much, tells you how to correct your form, and yields results if you stick with her. Thanks maddy!

I've tried your beginner friendly 20 min workout a few times so I thought I'd be ready for this but this was so diabolical I almost started crying and had to give up on most of these lmao :-D never again, I'll stick to the beginner one
