This workout is great for when you're outside or don't have a mat or much space. It targets your whole body with intense moves and a bit of jumping (just enough to get you sweating!). You can grab a pair of light dumbbells to make it more challenging and really work those muscles.
I hope you enjoy this Full Body Workout. Today's workout is a moderate level, with a warm-up and cool-down at the end. No Equipment. No repeat. All exercises standing. Have fun!
Workout:
▸ warm-up: 30 sec on, no rest (6 exercises)
▸ workout: 40 sec on, 10 sec off (28 exercises)
▸ cool-down 30 sec on, no rest (7 exercises)
