I am a beginner and super out of shape (208.5lbs) this was an amazing starting point for me and a huge wake up call as it was extremely difficult. I plan to do this workout every day until I master it. I look forward to checking back in with my weight loss once I master this

It's looks low impact but intensity was highest. I literally don't care of low impact or full impact, when it's Anna's workout just go and attempt it. ✌️🔥🔥🔥

I was getting for my workout and saw this video premiere, so I went blindly and did this workout. And let me tell you: the intensity was no joke!! 🔥 Such an amazing, sweaty low-impact workout!! also, don't be fooled by the "beginner" tag. I would call myself intermediate, but I was deeply humbled down 😂😂

It's not low impact. Low impact doesn't suppose jumping.

*i have my FIRST SHIFT as a flight attendant today and i'm excited and overwhelmed!* If anything goes sour today, I at least did this workout. Let me tell you, it did not feel like a beginners work out, that's for sure! 😅 I had lots of fun with this today, and I really enjoyed the change of pace in the middle. I thought it was well suited as I normally run out of energy around that time and struggle with the full length of each set. Great idea!👌👌

OMG I’m a beginner and because of back and knees injuries I can’t do impact, I know I’m out of fitness but the intensity of this workout was just really high for me, I feel like if I’ve done a marathon 😅 🔥🔥🔥

Dear Anna, I truly love your workout videos. Thanks so much for your power. About the different difficulties I think this one isn’t for beginners. I’m doing bodyweight workouts for 3 years about 3 times a week now and this one was medium and sweaty for me. As a beginner this one would have stressed me out a lot and I would have been demotivated. I think in general the youtube workout scene is a little bit overmotivated when it comes to putting sportskills into levels - I think a little less is more here :).

I haven’t worked out since I got pregnant with my first almost 4 years ago. I tried yesterday and only got about halfway before my body was telling me to stop. Today I got further but only about 20 minutes. I had really bad post partum depression with my kids and couldn’t get into working out and I’m finally feeling better but not about my body. I’m going to keep doing this until I can actually finish the workout 😁 I was sweating my butt off though, i had to go back and reread the title to make sure I clicked on the beginner one lol

Спасибо за тренировку❤ Честно говоря, я очень слабый человек , а эта тренировка очень для меня тяжёлая (хотя она для новичков😅) Я осилила только 1 раунд😵 (я ужасно сильно устала и вспотела😂) Завтра попробую сделать 2 и 3 раунд. Но тренировка бомба💯. Надеюсь ваши тренировки помогут мне измениться и я стану сильнее 💪

Я тоже кстати на первом раунде уже прям хорошенько так устала , но все равно до конца до делала с горем пополам , ну как по мне эта тренировка ну как то не для новичков, для неё надо такую нормальненькую выносливость. А так трения отличная 🎉 . Успехов тебе 😊😊😊😊😘
