You should not skip warm ups! Warm ups and cool downs are importants

@@MayumsmiComplete beginner here: Do you have any suggestions for warmups? I tried this workout for the first time and my knees hurt a bit at the beginning. I feel like I need some warmups before the workout.

Omg I did it!! I had to take breaks in between but I am still very proud of myself for completing the workout . Also I am so sweaty at this point that I cant even tell you It was also a great motivation to see her working out with us 😊

Nice routine! I’m very grateful for this no jumping routine today… I’ll do all of the “head upright” parts and what I’m able to do on the other parts, having had multiple retinal bleeds in the nights lately. Thanks for this workout Anna! ❤❤❤

Great Workout to get me back into fitness after a year off with achilles tendon and rotary cuff tear (non exercise related). Like the low impact but still good exercise routine 😊
