I travel for a living, so I basically live in mid-budget hotels. These 30-45 minute workouts are absolutely perfect for me! Can't wait to try this one.

WOW!!! Did not expect to get that sweaty 😅 Amazing workout, really loved the variety & music was perfect!! Kept me pushing through, and I was able to go up into some heavier weights this time, yes!! 💪🙌 Love no jumping, although I did the devil press normal cuz it works better for me 🤗 My knee truly appreciates these intense no jumping sessions though!! 🙏 Another killer one, thanks so much lovely!! 👊🫶

Hi beautiful Kaykay This 30 min full body was perfect after breaking fast 👌 Got full of sweat by 60 % of the workout 💪. Did it with 2 xc5 kg and some exercises with 1 x 10 kg. Feel re-energize 👌💪 Thank youuuuu 🙏Kaykay. Love those 30 min sessions. Perfect during ramadan 👌 ❤

Kann es kaum erwarten ❤ wird am Wochenende eingeplant. Nach den better leg day heute kann ich mich grad nicht mehr bewegen. Wird daher morgen wohl eher cadio kniefriendly ohne squats und lunges. Wie gut das dein Repertoire einfach alles bietet 🫶🙏🎉

I wanted to do run on my elliptical but when I saw a new upload I needed to do it. It was great start to new day! Because I do my workouts usually during early morning and I live in a flat, I appreciate no jumping. My weigths were 7,5 kg. Thank you KayKay for that great workout! ❤ I wish you all the best!

Love your workouts! You made such a big difference in my life with those free monthly schedules and playlists ❤ I love to see shorter sessions Monday to Friday and then longer workouts on the weekend. Works perfectly for me!

I completed this after a 25-minute upper body session. Loved the compound exercises. A sweaty challenging,but fun workout.❤ I used 20lbsfir most of the exercises but dropped to 12lbs for a few 3 exercises.

Hi dear Kay! I noticed some of the viewers are voting for no more jumping, I just want to say that I do LOVE jumping with strength workouts aswell. Changing the pace and involving heart rate in a 30 minute workout is awesome for the busy ones and great for metabolism and you get also that stamina. So, we can switch between jumping and no jumping strength work. Also body weight, isometric and no equipment is great sometimes. Thank you always for all your effort and great energy ❤❤😊

An amazing no jumping one that let our muscles burn 🔥 It was a great preparation for a hiit workout with jumping elements 💦💯 I love to combine these kind of workouts with abs/core ones or shorter cardio session!! Nice. I love that every workout is Appartment friendly. That DB hold stand up was epic, too tough not able to do a single one, I have to mould my leg on kneed so that I will be able to stand up. Sweaty one.
