I also like the diversity in your routines - something new is definitely good for the brain! But.. Jenny - if you can please .....can we have your usual great selection of music? Good tunes helps the exercise so much more fun. Not so keen on the electronic beats...

Thanks for another enjoyable workout Jenny! I’m wondering if you have any additional tips for ab work. I try hard to not use my neck but my ab muscles are absolute mush. How can I strengthen the mushy muscles while not killing my neck?

I keep forgetting to tell you how awesome you are, and that you have become a "generic" name in my family. Mom and Dad are 82 & 83 years old. I called Dad yesterday and he was huffing and puffing when he answered the phone. He has COPD so I was a bit concerned and asked him if he was ok. He said "oh yeah, I'm just finishing up a "JENNY" I laughed and said good job dad..go finish your "JENNY" and I'll call you later. THANK YOU Jenny...I am 59 and love your workouts...and I also LOVE that my parents do them too. ps....Mom was out getting her hair done, otherwise she would be behind him telling him to go faster....LOL...love to you from Canada!!

As I get older, crunches with hands behind my head/lifting up is really hard on my neck. Hoping you can do an abs workout that is gentler on the cervical spine. Love your videos, tho!!

Lie on floor, legs in tabletop which is lift legs but knees bent and tap r foot and CTR, L foot and CTR.

I agree too. There are so many ways to do core exercises standing. It doesmakes me think that you dont fully understand what it is. to be seniors but how could you? you're a whipper snapper. I do enjoy most of your cardio except when you include jumping. Thanks for all you do.

I love your videos! At age 75 I'm really missing my exercise classes and can't afford to go without. Yours are the closest I've found to "the real thing". Thanks for the energy and knowledge you put into this work.

I love doing your low impact routines. I do prefer the oldies music you used in your earlier routines. This music not so much. The routine is still great, though! Thank you!!

Morning Jenny and all you other 'Fitstarters' from a rainy UK :( You cheered it up though with another great workout thank you. Hi Jenny, I retired from teaching this year at 69 and we were forced to return to Australia from our 7 week overseas trip 5 weeks early 😢 I have been doing your videos since March, usually about 3 times a week as I also walk and swim. Hey Jenny, I may be the only one, but I’m not getting good audio on many of your videos. It sounds like the iPad is picking up your voice, not the mic you’re wearing, so the volume is really low. Anyone else having that experience?

Yes I was going to mention that as well. Sound is really low so have turn vol to the max then RU-vid place an ad in there and makes me jump out of my skin.

Yes, the music is louder than your voice. Might be a way to edit/adjust that before uploading? Great new routine. Having new ones makes my mind think harder and that is so good. I do the routines as much for my mind as I do for my body. Loved the new steps.

A really nice aerobic exercise session! I am slow on the choreography learning curve but that’s OK; it’s good brain work for me to repeat this regularly and try to improve each time. I am a bit too old and stiff for the abs session at the end, but I would love a separate session for seniors sometime in a future video.

Great routine Jenny. Did find the abdominal section at the end a little difficult, two reasons, I find it difficult to get up and down off the floor, also felt a little nauseous lying down after the aerobics. Is it possible to do seated routines for abdominals or would that not work. I certainly do enjoy your aerobic routines though, keep them coming and I’ll keep doing them. My granddaughter is coming to stay for a few weeks, as she is a little over weight I’m hoping to encourage her to try these routines with me and who knows she may get hooked like I did. You do a brilliant job Jenny, thank you so much. Xx❤️❤️

Thank you Jenny, I will do this one today. I love the 30 minute ones because some days with my knee and hip pain that is all I can manage. Then on a good day I can do 2 if I feel up to it. Three times a week I follow a 30 minute one with upper body strength, and I do beach stretch every day (sometimes miss if I am away! ). I ride my stationary bike for up to 1 hour 6 times a week, best thing for my knee! Thank you so much for keeping us all motivated.

Really enjoyed new workout Jenny as usual, struggled a bit on the floor exercises due to strain on the neck. Perhaps you could do something with standing abdominal exercises - easier on the neck? Need to work on my tummy muscles too.

I had a heart transplant 5 months ago and this is the first aerobics workout I’ve tried. I really enjoyed it. Made me smile to do something I used to really love doing. I’ve done your upper body and lower body workouts recently and they are great too! Thanks for posting these videos. You make exercising at home fun ❤️

Thank you Jenny!! I appreciate the abs workout without planks! I am 5 weeks out from Carpal Tunnel and removal of the CMC joint in my thumb, so I am not ready to support my body weight with planks, but I really needed a good abs workout that doesn't put pressure on my wrists right now. This was my second hand and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and your workouts are perfect for me now!! I am sweating after the abs, but it is worth it!!

I am 65 years old and this 30 minute workout is rigorous enough for me, it is also fun learning some dance-like views. I can't do much of the abdominal exercises as it hurts my neck. Exercising is hard to keep up and if it is fun - like dancing, which I love to do - it goes faster and I am more likely to do it. I really love Jenny's personality.

BUT....I wish you had done stretching between the aerobics and abs. You say “if you can’t stay for the abs...” but you don’t do any stretching until after the ab portion. No cool down or anything. That’s disappointing.

I just think you are amazing!! I had my hip replaced 4 years ago and I was pretty young for that. I’m not able to do any of the ‘typical’ workouts, but with you I can always do everything and it makes me feel SO good!! I usually do aqua aerobics to save my hip but since COVID I won’t go back to the gym! You help me get my cardio in safely!! I truly adore you!

Hi Jenny I really enjoy your classes ! Thank you so much ! I am a pretty fit and active 76 year old and used to weight train in a gym for 20 years , then became a personal trainer for some years and now walk as much as possible and do yoga for stretching . I liked your new low impact class but because I have oesteoarthritis in my neck I found the ab exercises too much of a strain to do 3 sets . Is there a hack where I wouldn't be putting a strain on my neck ?

I had a little more time this morning than I normally do to do my workout, so I chose this one. It was way fun....and kinda kicked my trash. Still recovering from covid so my breathing is still struggling....but it felt good when I was finished! Thanks for all your videos. You're awesome!

You are so welcome Kandas! So glad to hear this! Try some deep breathing techniques - lungs need training just like muscles. Inhale as much as you can, hold for 5 seconds and exhale as much as you can. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day!

Great workout!! Like the new moves. I agree with crunches hard on neck--the last crunch (flutter kick) killed my back--doesn't it strain lower back doing that? (if older). Thanks for keeping new routines coming.

This video was perfect for me today! Sometimes I go for long walks as a change of pace from exercising in the house or at the YMCA, but today it's rather chilly and cloudy where I am (only in the 40s), so the walk idea just didn't appeal.

I love all your videos and discovered you at the beginning of the pandemic. Recently I’ve been doing the exercises with the abdominal exercises at the end. Question: When I try and reach towards ankles while I’m lying down I mostly feel tugs in my neck not my abdominal area. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong,. I’m not sure how to correct. Jenny, you’re the best. I’m 65 and I have never worked out until recently, although I have worked pretty hard on ranch property. I’ve never danced either, and I just feel so uncoordinated. With the COVID shutdown, I was just sitting around getting fat and flabby. I went on Keto for a couple months and got rid of the 20 pounds I gained over the last 40 years. I also started doing XBX, which I like, but I wanted to accelerate the results. Your workouts are FUN, and I am finally feeling a burn in my abs, glutes and thighs! I can’t do all the moves because I’m too uncoordinated to do the shuffle with arms, or marching back from the slide and push. But every time I do one of your routines I feel a little stronger and more coordinated. I think my endorphins are starting to flow! I prefer the videos that have music from my generation.

I just found you and this was the first workout I tried. I really liked the standing aerobics part--you give good cues and build the moves well, so it is easy to follow. Thank you! I will say that the abs section didn't work well for me. Do you ever do standing abs? My neck hurt on the first few moves, and the last one would have hurt my back badly if I didn't modify on my own. I subscribed, and will maybe just stay away from floor work?

loved the new video Who would have thought we still would be away from the gym? I had problems keeping up with the abs. Could we have some adaptations til we reclaim our abs? You are amazing and I appreciate you keeping me healthy during the COVID.

Such a great video thank you. I suffer with fibromyalgia so trying to find beginners workouts that wont kill me when I start off is really hard... Until now! Wish I'd found you sooner but so glad I have. Please keep it up.

Thank you Jenny! Have been tuning into your videos almost every day since March. I rotate from the low aerobics to doing the interval sessions with weights. The only one I did not repeat was the Tambata. It was a good workout, but I was impatient with the frequent breaks. I love the recent aerobic sessions with dance moves. Thank you again Jenny. Love your classes and I do tell people.

Jenny, I am contacting you from England UK. Although subscribed to your RU-vid programme I have been unable to leave you a message. You have been an absolute blessing to me during lockdown and the subsequent cancellation of my zumba, dance and other weekly exercise classes. I do at least an hour of Jenny every morning and push every movement to my limit. I Iove your delivery and enthusiasm, and thank you for offering me such a wonderful opportunity to remain totally fit using home exercise routines.

At first I thought it wouldn´t be fun with so many step touches but then it turned out to be super fun and I really liked it. I was just coming back from 2 weeks off because I got a little too enthusiastic punching in a cardio kickboxing video and strained a muscle. (lol) This video was just perfect for coming back to working out. Also, loved, loved the ab routine. 5 minutes but so efficient. Keep up the great work.

I love Jenny's low-impact aerobic routines as I have a disc problem in lower back...enjoyed this but could not complete the abs work, which was disappointing, because one caused me lot of pain in my neck and another was placing strain on my lower back...my core just isn't strong enough yet!

It's great to have a new zumba workout. Thanks, Jenny! However, I felt a bit nauseous trying to do the abs workout straight after giving it 'my all' doing the zumba . I will be missing that bit out - or alternatively may try it separately. Greetings from Scotland.

Hi Jenny. Tried this as a new member of fitbunch but I got three ads. I'm doing something wrong but unsure what. I'm using my Apple iPad today but I joined when on my Samsung phone. Could this be why?
