I really love this workout! It combines upper and lower body exercises at the same time so you can save time! This workout is safe and effective for everyone - you will see my favorite combination exercises - 7 of them! Easy to follow! All you need is a small space and a pair of hand weights. I use 7lbs in this video, but any amount will do. This is a great workout to do 3-4 times a week. Enjoy!
