Both the music and the moves were absolutely amazing!!! Can you use those songs again? They gave me so much energy! 😊😊😊✨✨✨ I really love the kickboxing moves - the jab-jab cross with a scissor jump is probably my favourite but jumping from the front kick to the back kick after those knee drives in the second half makes me feel like a badass 😂

For starters today I did this video which I absolutely love. So thank you for that ❤️. But now I have to add I’ve discovered something quite amazing. Since doing Eleni’s videos my coordination and balance has increased immensely. How do I know (?) well I just added a mini trampoline workout HIIT Trampoline cardio and core to todays mix, it’s one I tried months ago, and only did it that one time because I thought I was going to fly off the trampoline 😆 with all her high kicks and high knee moves. Well surprise surprise, I was rock solid on the rebounder (mini trampoline) this morning, how cool is that. So thanks to Eleni she really is the best, and of course commitment which really brings results. Feeling very good about myself, and there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s good to be proud of yourself 🥰. Big hug to you Eleni, you’re a beautiful soul. ❤️
While i enjoy (and love) most of Eleni’s workout video, can i make suggestions to do workout for postpartum mothers- targeting especially belly & hip areas? 😀 I did this workout btw. And girl, that was a challenging one and i burned almost 300calories 🔥

Hi Eleni, may I offer a honest and maybe a helpful opinion? We are a bunch of beginners trying our best to repeat the moves that you make and it is difficult to do so because of the very fast pace that we are not used with. It would be very helpful if you show us the next move during the small break in a slow manner so we can understand the combination of moves. Currently by the time we understand what the move is, the exercise is over xD Honestly, Eleni we are trying our best and we think that what you show us is really great. Thank you for understanding!!
