Today, I listened to myself during this workout. I felt a ton of strain on my lower back after those deadlifts-not an injury; I just pushed myself. So I continued with bodyweight until I realized that I couldn't continue the workout safely (around 60% in). I'm giving myself compassion by using the rest of my workout time to stretch and take it easy. Your workouts are incredible, and I'm so fortunate to have found your content. Love every single one.
Good one... But remember this guy is only making videos for views and subscribers...it's his job... This is not what he done to get his legs or body...
First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Owww! Switching from goblet squats to squat pulse. Just hurt man. My legs were killing already from my day. Thank God tomorrow is a rest day. You are an inspiration to keep pushing bro.
21 year old female here. I used only 15lbs for the whole workout and I have been done for about 10 minutes, tell me why my face is still dripping with SWEAT?! This was killer. Thank you Dan.
Listen when I tell u this had me grunting countin thru sets so hard . This is extreme , but I made it thru the end , I used 35lbs first half of vid then 25lbs. This is one of the best for ur legs.
haha We work with what we got due to copywriting. Even if we could play the music we really wanted to, someone would still complain about it... Can't please everyone. 🤣

Hello dan. Really liked and enjoyed your workout. Just wanna ask about the exercises that require you to bend forward (e.g. sumo squats, etc) do they also workout the lower abdomen? Because I’ve noticed that the burn in that area is what causes me to stop progressingfrom time to time. Is it something in my form which may be causing or is it just because you are able to tolerate the burn?
Usually they work the hamstring andthe lower back depending on the angle. If it works your abdomen, most likely it is because your other areas are having difficulty handeling the load and they are transfering it where they can.
Your channel is simply Amazing! was suffering from a lower backpain, was going to visit my chiro, but instead followed this workout and my backpain is GONE! Thank you!!! and keep it up!
would love it if you listed an alternative for the lateral squats, am a teen but have lowkey no hamstring mobility but really wanna do it to the end with no skips. thanks!
31: 34, 311Kcal burnt... That was yday and my quads, hams and glutes are still sore... Bro what is this bgm...Its also equally great...Especially the beginning part
One monster of a workout... My intensity may not be the same as yours but it was super duper effective...But I'm damn satisfied that I was mostly able to follow along and complete it...48 hours later I still can feel the soreness in all the muscles this workout was intended to work on...
I'm taking Thai boxing and realized my legs are so weak. This helps a lot, even though I manage to do 60% until my legs give up. I keep trying until I can do 100% without failing. Ty!! :D
Some days I have more strength and stamina than others - it could be the same for you? Depends on how much sleep I get, what I am eating, what time I workout, etc. Lots of factors.
@@TIFFxDAN could be. I also ran for 15 mins before doing the workout in very humid weather. Plus me squatting 175(which for me is heavy) probably also didn't help. Anyways man, awesome workout!
This damn near killed me Before this workout I did 10min of lower abs, 10min upper abs, and 10min obliques. Hardest part of working out generally is being consistent. Also I like how you reply to everyone as if that's to compensate for not speaking in your videos. Your awesome Dan
I completely agree. Being consistent IS the hardest part, but also the ONLY way you'll see the results you want. Funny how that works. Sounds like you had a killer workout combo today. You're a BOSS. Thank you for your kind words. 🙏🏽
My parents got Covid and they didn’t want me to get it too so I’ve been stuck in my room for the past week. I started to feel horrible because I stopped doing my workouts in my worry for my high risk mother and also not being able to leave my room. Never in my life has a leg workout session felt this hard on me. It really shocked me into realizing that, damn, I haven’t been taking care of myself. Thanks for that wake up call. It’s been a hard week but im glad I decided to do a workout today. Thanks for this.
