One of my favorite workouts! Did it twice this week and could do it every day, I loved it so much! I looove the slow flows or anything slow like, i almost feel like my body is being sculpted during those.
This was nice! Im incorporating pilates in at least once a week . I did this workout with the new 10k rebounder step challenge you just launched, fantastic ! 👌🏻
So I did my first workouts with you today. I did this one after the 20 minute kickboxing. Really enjoyed both. I see that you’re very athletic but at the same time I feel like you have really lovely extension and mobility. The variety in your workouts is great
@@MichelleBriehler I’m looking forward to trying the stability ball ones next and I’ll probably use the day 2 cardio tomorrow before I do some upper body. Thanks for sharing. I just love seeing women in their 40s still so strong 💪
This was a nice flow but not as strenuous as your others. Nice break when I’m more tired. I also appreciate you are doing more “express” 30-40 min workouts. That’s often all I have time for or can talk myself into 😂
