Really love your workouts, Olivia! The movements are so unique and the music is so good. You also keep the workouts interesting. I come from a heavy weightlifting background. I used to be a hiit fitness instructor and bodybuilder… now in my 40’s with a couple of injuries, I have to take it light. Younger ladies, this is the way to go. Gentler, yet effective movements. I damaged my body a lot by being too hard on my joints while I was younger. Take care of your body and it’ll take care of you. ❤

I totally advocate for gentle consistency. And you are absolutely right. I am only in my 30s but 3 pregnancies really changed my outlook on fitness and I no longer indulge in heavy HIIT sessions. It wasn’t doing my body and good. I think people often presume that just because you do dumbbell workouts you need to go hard and heavy but that’s not always the case. Thank you

Wonderful! Love this format. There is no such thing as too much strength. Ladies, we need this as we age! Use lighter weights if it's too challenging at first. Cardio burns calories, but strength training burns calories all day as well as making our bones stronger and even possibly make us live longer according to the most recent studies.

Thank you for all the standing strength workouts as I do not like going on the mat. Burned 147 calories using a pair of 10 pound dumbbells. You are amazing!

Great standing arms & abs workout. New excercises to me. 😅 The tension in my arms was intense Some excercises I dropped from 3 kg to 2 kg to keep the form. The set of 5kg I used too. I had a good time. Thank you Olivia.👍💪❤️

Did this one again this morning and love it even more the second time!!! I LOVE, LOVE Standing weight workouts so thank you, Olivia❤❤❤❤❤❤ I love doing your sessions "on repeat" as I am familiar with the moves and can do them more effectively round #2. This is most definitely one of my favorites, it is a gem of a workout❤ Arms and Abs, NO PLANKS (my least favorite move next to burpees) or push-ups and BOTH arms and abs are worked hard!💪 Your routines are so creative, always different and full of variety. I don't know how you do it but I am SO grateful you share your gift with us!!! You're AWESOME!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

AMAZING workout, Olivia!! Did it this morning and I am feeling it tonight! I LOVE that you have the sets long enough so it really matters! The stretch at the end was pure bliss!! Omg I love your workouts! Just started again with strength and this standing workout is perfect! I love that you include a Finisher! I used 3lb weights and 5lb weights to start with! How often can I do this workout?
