Really enjoyed this one! I normally do your workouts with weights added but wasn't feeling it today. It was delightfully energetic and engaging and enough on its own! I did miss the percentage bar, it helps me to not have to focus on my watch too much. Overall loved the workout and am so grateful for your content.

The pace was fast, still a great low impact workout, I enjoyed it (but missed the on-sreen percentage scale!) The time went quite quickly though!😊👏🏾
