Join me today for a 30 minute total body dumbbell workout that aims to increase your strength, endurance, improve your coordination and burn lots of calories. This is a no repeat, strength focused workout that includes a range of some basic compound moves to keep you not only working hard but also enjoying yourself. This is a slow and steady dumbbell workout in which you need to think quality before quantity so take your time and aim for correct form when possible.
For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells, but please remember this is just an indication of what works for me, but might not be suitable for you.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

What a cool way to start a Saturday. Loved the variety of exercises and the pace of this one. I really appreciated that the warm up was included in the workout time pretty motivating. Thank you so so so much Olivia !!!

I'm in my late 30's and used 2 kg dumbell each. This is my second attempt of doing dumbel exercise with Olivia. My muscles were really dore after 3 days. Then I started again today. I think my stamina is getting a bit better. Hopefully it will be less sore tomorrow. I burnt around 160 calories. Average heart rate 105 and max 142. Not bad for a beginer like me I guess.

This one is not too bad on joints. Heart rate went up during the static lunge with weight out rotations. Varied between 12s and 15s. 159 active calories burned. 💛💛💛

You most eat very good food to get more protein because when you don't eat like more eye, furit and vegetables and other things that help your strength because exercise 30% why food is 70% so know what you eat after and before your workout it's important #chapletgworkout

What should be ideal dumbell weight for non beginner

It’s a very personal choice and it’ll also depend on the type of workout you do. I stared off with 3kg. 2 years later I feel comfortable using 5kg for upper body workouts and 7.5 for lower body training but that’s just an indication of what works for me.
