Started working out about a month ago. I battle a disease that surpresses metabolism, therefore it can be hard for me to work up a sweat...All I can say is.... I AM SOAKED! Thank you Olivia.
I love your videos! I am trying to get into shape after my baby and I started with your walking videos but I’m trying to add in strength training. I love how you don’t chit chat and just get to it. THANK YOU!!!
It's an amazing feeling to be able to get back to your Olivia training 😍 I missed it so much 😥And today's mega energy training 💪 It gives a positive kick that I missed a lot 🤸 The power of cordiality for the whole community😘Glad you're Olivia❤️
RU-vid showed your channel recommendation. Did one of your videos yesterday and this one today. I am hooked! You have awesome set of complex exercises. All standing, no talk, medium pace. Love you 😘
I’m 66 so I modified the weights a bit. I had a bit of trouble balancing on the yoga block, but I will keep trying. I don’t mind a bit of squatting but I’m glad it’s not all squatting and jumping. I like that you show the next exercise during the rest period. Thanks for doing warm up and cool down. So important❤❤❤
Happy Sunday!! :) That was amazing! Loved the music and the variety of moves! Your decor and outfit are beautiful! Thanks Olivia for yet another great standing workout! ^.^
Apple Watch setting: traditional strength training Active calories: 338 Total calories: 398 I used 2 12lb weights and 1 18 weight! Thanks a bunch! Also do you know how much weight you used? Just curious 😊

Another great one Olivia!!!! Loved it! 😍😍😍 I also did sprints and high knees during those 10s breaks and it killed me but loved it! Oh and those tip boxes are great 🙏
Love this workout!!! How do you know when it's time to move up in weight? I've been using 5lb weights forever because I was a total beginner. They were getting too easy though so I moved up to 8lb and have been getting soreness in my shoulders, elbows and wrists. Did I move up in weight too fast or are my joints just getting used to the new weight?
That depends.. Would you say its soreness of the joints or muscle ache? If you are at the point where you find the dumbbells give you very little resistance it might be the time to move up to heavier ones. Saying that I wouldn't use the same weight when training upper body to what I would use for legs or glutes so perhaps they might be too heavy for certain movements. It is however expected to feel sore if this was your first session with the new set 😊 xx
hello coach I'm going to show you my problem and I hope you can help me solve it. I gave birth to two children in a row by natural birth and my body did not get any rest.. I had a separation of the abdominal muscles by two fingers, and there is stubborn fat in the abdomen and waist area, and I do not know where to start exercising.. Can you train me online?? I usually eat healthy food My height is 159 cm I weigh 70 kilos I am 28 years old
@@oliviafitlawson Thanks! That's really helpful for reference. Everyone has a different version of their heavy, medium and light. :) I love your videos, especially all of the standing ones. I can still workout and keep- an eye on other things at the same time! Floor exercises are the WORST!
