This 30 minute Total body Vinyasa Flow Workout is a great well rounded sequence.
This practice is focused & steady, with an emphasis on feeling the subtlety of the poses to that the brain creates new pathways for refined movement.
When practicing observing the position of the body, listening to the cues and then feeling what's happening in the body & with the breath there is learning.
Through mindful movement we help to unite the body, mind, and breath in the practice. This creates a more meditative practice designed to help bring us in to our bodies to connect and grow. Also, by learning to use our muscles properly in the poses our posture will start to change, the core will work even without doing "core work", pain will start to leave the body, and you will start to feel a sense of lightness and freedom in your movements.

I try to watch other yoga videos on you tube, but I just can't. Tim, I really do think you have a gift when it comes to teaching yoga. Your practices are the perfect blend of intensity and calmness; something I can't find in any other yoga channel/ teacher. You make me look forward to doing yoga. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for your emphasis on getting the muscle engaged correctly. I’m recovering from a hamstring injury and so frustrated that I can’t do my normal practice- but this video felt like I was still working but not causing harm. 🙏🏻

After your practice last week I bought 2 cork blocks and they've made a huge difference. I was using the hard foam ones before but I never had much confidence putting my weight on them when they were any higher than at the lowest. Thanks for the "sales pitch" last week, it worked! 😂 😂 😂 😂 thanks for another brilliant practice Tim, when I do them I always feel the benefits especially the next day, think it's because of how you describe what muscles to engage, my spinal condition never bothers me after your practices. Really appreciate the hard work you do, you're an excellent teacher, namaste 🙏 💖 💖 💖 💖

Hi Tim, former Costa Mesa student here :) I love your variety of videos! But I think it'd be helpful to label them in the title with "level 1/2/3" for difficulty, or "fast flow" "steady flow"... I know you describe in the body text but I'm impatient and want to glance at it quickly on my main subscriptions page and pick a difficulty level. Thank you!

Fantastic flow, Tim! Thank you for sharing this practice. Your thorough teaching has taught me much about where to feel poses in my body, how to be aware of the movement of the breath, and how far to push/when to back off. Your cues to re-align the spine throughout the practice are perfect and so helpful. Also, I now have "Shoo fly, don't bother me", stuck in my head...Haha. I think I'm ready to head over to Patreon and sign up for your more in-depth and challenging 1-hour flows. Namaste.

Yes me too, your videos are great. Really good teaching methods. You instil a sense of calm and confidence in your workouts. Am trying hard to replicate this inner calm style in my own teachings (totally unrelated to yoga) many thanks.

This Vanyasa was a slower pace than I expected, and a lot of instructions. I would label this as yoga for beginner, not Vinyasa. That and he forgot to tell you need three prep items for the workout :-/

Hey man, love the videos! You need to establish yourself better. Since yoga isn't necessarily well-known, you need to make diverse and interesting content so you can get more views. Your videos deserve so much more than what they receive.

Well that was a lovely gentle way to start Sunday morning. I really liked using the blocks and also liked the "butt burn" - knew I was twisting properly!! Although this was "easy" - which suits me, it was also brilliant for the instruction on postural correction. Very nice indeed. Thank you.

Tim, I really enjoyed the pace of this yoga practice: flowing yet contemplative, and taking the time to really get into the postures. My body likes a slower flow!

This is amazing, I truly feel better after your practices and what I honestly enjoy the most is how good you explain how the muscles should feel o what must they do in every posture. It truly makes me work the body parts that must be working without injuring or forcing my body into wrong postures. I just love it!

Hi, Tim, I use your videos a lot, but I was just watching this video in a situation where it was hard to keep an eye on the screen the whole time, and it was really hard to follow--your words didn't quite keep track with what you were doing!

Thanks for the video, Tim! I specifically liked the movements at the beginning that activated the neck and shoulder muscles. I have neck and up back pain so things like that help before jumping into a practice.
