The morning and evening tend to be the most power full times energetically to practice yoga. This morning yoga workout will flow through a full body warm up to help you build up a sweat and raise your core temperature gradually before going into some deep stretches along with some strengthening for the abs, glutes, upper body, core and posterior chain.

A well balanced practiced starts slow and calm to help you ground and calm the nervous system. Then slowly helps you to build heat in order to reduce risk of injury during deep stretching. By following this format in today's video, you'll feel more confident goind deeper into your poses as you move with precision and awareness, instead of just collapsing mindlessly into joint-offending end ranges.

Have to say I didn’t like the background music. Maybe I could get used to it, but I’ve always liked that you didn’t have the music and I could try and concentrate on my breathing.

Great practice, Tim. I wasn't too keen on the music though. It was calming, but I prefer an accompaniment of gentle Indian music, maybe a little sitar and tabla. I am very used to no music with your classes so adding music will be an adjustment for me. Having said that, I would gladly suffer through Metallica if you were the instructor and your voice was audible. Namaste.

No ,no, no, PLEASE, NO MUSIC😭! Would it be possible to just put a link with your description so people who do enjoy it could just turn it on in another window? For me, it is just another level of noise (house noise + music) through which I have to try to listen to what you are saying. It overpowers your voice and makes it harder to concentrate on the conscious movements. After a noisy day in school, I enjoy your soothing voice + all your great cues + the fact that your videos had NO music with just the noise of your surroundings wherever you are. To me, this was calming. I am a member of the community on another account, hope you will maintain these videos without music or find and app that will give the choice to the user. Sorry for this negative comment but to me it is distrubing enough that I won't do the ones with music (hopefully not many cause I will be very sad!) . I do find your are the BEST and keep telling everyone they should do Yoga with Tim.

I very much liked the background music. I found it really helped to breath in to my poses. Really great flow.

Loved it Tim, especially the music. I’m certainly a long way from being a pro and sometimes I struggle with classes longer than 30 mins but the music kept me going, kept me relaxed too throughout

Loved this flow. Although it's called morning flow, I did it mid-afternoon and it got me nice and warmed up, and refreshed for the rest of the day! Thanks Tim! ☀️

Love the new style with music. And your PACE! This slow pace AND strengthening style is rare on youtube. It helped me to calm down during busy times. That is why I keep following and practising with you. Thank you, Tim, for your amazing transmission!

I liked the music in background!I always wondered about why Tim didn't use music during his asana practice and I thought it was because he wanted us to focus on his directions. But I found the music made it somehow easier to focus? Thanks, Tim! :)
