Much prefer no recorded music - we can always have our own playing in the background if we want to add it, but it can be very distracting & not relaxing if already embedded and not one's personal style
After checking out a few other yoga channels I still find kassandra's guidance through the poses& transitions to be the most clear. Thanks as always for a wonderful class! Concentrating on the side body was a good and needed change for me :)
This class was wonderful and the perfect choice after a long day of yardwork. That probably doesn’t make sense, but it loosened things up in my legs and hips as well. Thank you!

Thank you for remaking this sequence. I may have done the original.but definitely loved the revamped one. As a long distance swimmer the side strength is key so I have marked this sequence to do several times ❤ your yoga also helps keep my mental health in check. Even a few minutes a day can help me start off on the right note 💜 thank you for all that you do for community 🫂
A+ awesome wow. Core, half moon, half pigeon, side plank, and so much good grounding and chill between. Hit all my spots and the supine twist at end was divine.
Good idea to re-vamp older classes! They tend to be more intense which I enjoy but sometimes avoid in favour of something easier cus I get lazy 😂. If it's a new release I have no excuse but to try it out 😊
