This 30 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow for Flexibility is a beautiful sequence structured around stretches for hamstrings and hips. We will flow through a number of feel good and very effective poses and stretches for your leg flexibility.
You can expect smooth flowing movements, deep stretches, conscious breathing, soft guidance, mesmerizing ocean views and beautiful music.
I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fear. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful.
Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore you can repeat this yoga routine 2-3 times a week to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need a set of blocks (you can grab a couple of books) and a folded blanket or towel.
This practice includes some warmup. Then we will go through a number standing balancing poses, seated stretches and we will finish with longer holds of hip stretches and Shavasana.
Throughout this practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go.

I really enjoyed this flow! It's a pretty hot summer day today and this was the right intensity to work the leg muscles but not be exhausted by the end. 💪 Thank you for this new addition! AND: I love the extended Savasana at the end of the recent videos! 😌

So I have a new challenge for myself to always complete your new videos the day they come out...sometimes I find myself choosing my favorite videos from the past :) Soooo glad I did this one today, it's like you knew what I needed...took a day trip yesterday where I biked for 6 hours and my legs were so tired today.
