In this 30 Minute Ab Workout Burnout, I take you through multiple ab exercise targeting the rectus abdominis, the obliques, and the obliques! I burned 370 calories-can you beat my number? Can you last the whole workout without stopping?

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Hey everyone!! I normally don't ask for anything, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. Is because you didn't use properly the abs to make the exercise. Is common. I always tell people to have a neutral neck and during crunches for example i always said that if you are feeling pain on the neck is because they are not using abs power to do the movement properly.

I've done this workout everyday since I've been out of school due to quarantine and I FEEL AMAZING! I started and just couldn't stop. I still love to eat tho, so once I lay off a few tortillas I'll SEE my results😂 I'm definitely stronger! Thank you so much!
