hey my loves! Let me know how you like my pilates workout. I'm super into it especially being in my running prep it is a great balance for low impact, but still challenging strength, mobility and stability component. :)

I was just recently diagnosed with arthritis in both of my ankles with gout. I need low impact stretching to get my joints back into a healthier place. Thank You for making this video.
