Love cardio barre kickboxing! 40-45mins is my preferred length. Would love one of these classes with all standing moves with specific focus on legs/booty and standing core 💕

Just remembered that before I started doing your workout, I always felt like a dead bug during situps, just barely lifting my head and shoulders off the ground. And now I can get my whole upper body up and do punches in the air - like what?! I'm feeling stronger than ever before, all thanks to you! Really enjoyed this workout even though its difficult in a completely different way than I am used to! I'd never chose this type of workout to do, but I've been following your workouts for a few months now and am being pushed outside of my comfort zone which I really love. My lowest of low oblique into my hips are tender today from one of the past workouts which is an area I never seem to hit normally.
I’m also pregnant with my second child but this workout was easy to take low impact options. This is an awesome workout, the barre / boxing ones are my favourite! Thank you for sharing these with us, I agree with the other comments - you are an inspiration. Thank you again.

wow! so glad i found your channel! this is the second workout of yours i have done. i usually don't enjoy the very fast paced workouts but somehow you make it really easy to understand! I've done a lot of kickboxing workouts and lift heavy 4 times a week, i did this with 5lb weights and it kicked my butt!! so much fun thankyou!!

Awesome workout! Had to slow a few of the exercises down, and modify to no jumping (due to a previous 5th metatarsal fracture). I'm slowly building my cardio endurance back up. Thank you!

I am pregnant with my second Baby, so I had to modify some of the exercises to fit my needs, but I DID IT and it feels so energizing! What an inspiration you are, your workouts never get boring! Thank you a lot! :) Could you do a video on your rehab after you had your baby? I'd be super interested --my own rehab after my first baby now strikes me as a bit wonky so I'd be happy for a professional's perspective :)

OMG!! Ok first of all, WOW! I didn’t expect that but I’m in love!!! I will definitely have to try out the 45 mins one cause this one went by way to fast, I didn’t want to end this with you! I can’t even pick a favorite move 🤩. The fire in those shoulders! Btw is it normal that my left leg burns more than my right in the sumo squats? These workouts are what is helping me get through a very difficult time in my life. I am infinitely grateful for you and your awesome workout that I won’t stop doing. I would 100% pay for these💓.

it's such a killer, but i feel sweaty and fresh after doing this workout. i only have 3kg dumbell. Some move are to much for 3 kg dumbell, sometimes i modificated the moves hahaha. thankyou for the video i like it

Loved the workout!! I tend not to do barre be it bothers my knees (have shoes on) but I do like it. I also at times feel very awkward doing kickboxing - uncoordinated - LOL... hey, but not a young chick anymore(63 yrs old) but I try. Yes, you move fast than me but that’s ok. Love new workouts - I get bored doing the same thing - then I my interest is gone.😒 You are beautiful lady and mom!
