Day 62 ✅ It is very humid here in AZ, and I was very sweaty. Had difficulty keeping up with Lesley on this one, but I did “do my best” (Fourth Agreement). My intention was Applied Faith. This is something that I learned over time to understand. On some occasions it is just there in your heart. You have to fully believe without doubt. Hard to explain, like you know the outcome of a troublesome situation, your mind and heart does not even allow the negative outcome to exist. It would be great if you felt it about everything, and every outcome was a good one, but you have to accept when it does not play out in your favor. Love & respect Fightmasters! Love & comforting thoughts, namaste.

My wrist is better than it was two days ago so I was finally able to do this! The cardio portion was intense, especially with the sun salutations with warrior one at the third section there. Phew! Thanks for the flow x

Yay, FUN!! Strong & Sweaty before the cool down.. and then a delicious 4 minute savasana at the end, it's sucha treat to get the savasana at the end "included in the video".. yum yum.. especially lovely after all the hard work :) This whole class felt FABULOUS :))) Oh, and it included Heron Pose.. LOVE that pose!!!!

I was cold earlier, but certainly warmed my way up with this super cardio yoga! I love Supta Virasana and could recline there for ever, for me it's a great balance between stretch and strength while being a restorative pose. Thanks a lot amazing lady and have an lovely day! xoxo

Thanks Lesley, that quote really spoke to me today. I was feeling a bit frustrated with myself for being slow and finding this so hard, as I did it after work and after going to the gym yesterday, so I'm achey.

+Kate Moody Yes, I can relate...it's always good to remember that we can just do the best we can do. The practice is really about the breath anyway...just breathe mindfully and you're doing yoga! :-)

What a great practice tonight especially after a 17 hour work day! Finishing my yoga up just after midnight, you have made me get to th hat point that I wasn't going to be able to go to bed until I got my practice in. Thank you for getting me to this point! Until tomorrow...happy butterflies to you

With 4 kids I never feel like my 'best' is enough to make everyone happy! And Oh goodness I wish I woke up feeling replenished and better. But I really struggle with mornings and am so alive at night! Night owl struggles. Great practice!

I hear you!!!! I only have 2 kids and I feel the same way much of the time. I guess, our best is all we can do. I know that my best often doesn't seem to be enough but I try to remember that it's the best I can do at the time, so it's enough....

I feel exactly the same- mornings are so incredibly rough- and as much as I try to discipline myself to go to bed earlier (and theoretically make the mornings easier), how can I give up my precious night time hours when the kiddo is asleep?

o my...this is tough..I was almost out of breath doing those leg hops..and at the end, one leg folding back while the other one moving up is quite challenging too...Thanks for this GREAT class, Lesley.

Hello Lesley! My name is Danielle and I have participating in your YogaFix90 as well do your quickies for a few months now. When I started, my husband and I were living in Portland, OR and we have now moved to Nashville, TN. As always you rock when it comes to make us sweat ;) I love the quick pace because it really allows me to quiet my mind. And I really enjoyed the Supta Virasana variation at the end, this pose is very very difficult for me but with one leg extended it's much more better ! I even succeeded to lie down on one side. excellent session, although I feel my arms get short when trying to push up the body, where shall I focus the position of the hands? I can do it when making a fist and pushing up, or pushing on the finger tips. Thank Leslie love the quotes!

+Adri Balseca I'm so glad you enjoyed it!! Bring your hands just slightly in front of your hips. The more you pull your belly in and round your upper back while lifting your feet and legs as high as possible, the higher you'll get. It takes a long time to develop the strength...be patient! :-)

You know these slight movements like curving a bit the back and getting the belly in are not that noticeable even looking at the video when you do it and trying to accomplish it at the same time. loved this, and the quote....Would it be possible for you to put the quote in the notes as well as saying it? Sometimes I want to find a quote, and I can't recall which video it was in...loved the idea that "our best" is changeable...as a "recovering perfectionist" I needed to hear that

Any suggestions for helping with wrist pain? :( Always had small wrists and experience some pain during certain yoga poses and when weight lifting.

310521 Was excited to be doing a HIIT class today - that’s a first, for sure! But, this one is still a challenge to keep up, had to skip some poses. Some residual aches & aches from yesterday not helping. All in all, I enjoyed it. Thank you. Namaste.

The verbal cues got away from me there in the middle...waaay too fast for vinyasa to get the proper linking of movement to breath. And i'm definitely no beginner
