Never knew the 'lack of strength' I had until I tried this workout,lol.Used to shy away from dumbbell workouts but this one'a got me considering to do it more often. Also the cardio-hiit session was lit! Loving the new music during and between the workouts guys!
Your videos have motivated me to get moving, for about 2 months now. Can't wait to try this one. I normally do the modifications with not being in the best shape and a bummed knee, but I'm starting to see results, and can hang a little longer. Thank you for continuing to post new videos! 💪💙
I'm currently dealing with one messed up knee too, so def gotta go easy on the squat parts. But it's all about listening to our bodies and knowing when to go easy or push ourselves harder!
I really enjoyed this workout because I got BOTH Strength and Cardio and didn't have to pick one over the other. Even though I love cardio workouts, I know I have to incorporate strength training as well. I got the best of both worlds on this training. Great job Juice and Toya!
This has been one of my favorite workouts! You both literally have inspired me to workout again. I love weight training and I like the way you added HIIT and give an example of what the next exercise is to expect. I literally don’t get bored finally I’m inspired 😊

I was do just about all of the exercises , but did a repeat exercise on the ones I was not able to complete. An achievement for me! This was great workout! Thanks!
W4d5 baby let’s GOOOOO. What a 4 weeks it’s been. Battling through wisdom tooth removal, mental/physical barriers, and taking thorough care of my body. Today’s capstone was tough, my legs were dying toward the end of the cardio portion, but you already know, I push through those 😤. Challenge week 3 day 3. I had a hard time showing up for myself and making myself workout but dang am I so glad I did!!! Y'all have helped this girl gain some endurance and self respect. Thank you isnt enough!
During the challenge I’m trying to get comments in on all the workouts so I can’t remember whether I said something about this (and the recommended finish) yet. Again, the change up in content is great and challenges me in different ways all the time. What I love is that I can feel the difference in strength and tone from these workouts. I’ve been way too much cardio for some time and forget how critical strength training is. Thanks for the reminder!!!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Summer ready challenge week 4 day 5...I punished myself & did the strength part twice before moving onto the cardio. This was a great challenge, can't wait for a next one. As always LOVE THE VARIETY!!! I can't believe I worked out my full body in just 30 min. I am about a month in with you all and I have seen results much better than doing an HOUR I mean YES ONE hour of running or brisk walking. Thank You Juice and Toya!!!

This 30min strength workout was the Boom. I was on 🔥 My roof was also on fire I was sweating all over my living room. I did the modifications with Toya. Next time I will do it with Juice he is so hard core. I felt soooo good after working up a sweat. Peace and Love to you both. Thank you 🙏
Also really love the variation in music on this one.. some of the older longer sessions can get a little repetitive with the same few loops etc .. this ace's it... well done.. : )
Love the new workout! I literally was just thinking I need a full body dumbbell workout that will get my heart rate up a little more and y’all read my mind. So far your workouts along with intermittent fasting has already helped me lose 10 pounds in one month. Thanks Juice and Toya!

OBLA Challenge, Week 3 Day 3: this is AMAZING!! i think this became one of my fave workouts so far... and the best thing for me is that i only needed few modifications, 2 in the strength group, 5 for cardio! i had so much fun doing this 😄

Week 3 day 3 - went to my weekly Wednesday spin class instead of this workout. Used this workout instead for week 3 day 4! Broke an awesome sweat, added 5 lb dumbbells to some of the exercises like the cardio punches, squats and push press jumping jacks. Heart rate is up and felt great by the end of the workout!
Week 3 Day 3, I am coming to associate Wednesdays (as well as Fridays) as the toughest days....thankful to have this challenge push me to do more cardio workouts! Did this with 10lb dumbbells, recovered with protein smoothie, foam rolling, and going to sleep earlier/not being on my phone right before 😅 not sure if that counts as recovery but it did help relax me!

Just finished this one for the last workout of the summer ready challenge. I made it all the way through with no extra breaks! Woo hoo! It feels great! 💪🙌😀
Week 3 Day 3: Today’s workout was worth the sweat this morning. I felt good and was in a good mood throughout the work day. When possible, I put in some extra sets and went up from 5 to 10 lbs (only have one 10 lbs kettlebell). The most challenging was the BIG FLUTTERS. My recovery consisted of 30 minutes of yoga and a 30 minute walk. Let’s Go!
