Guys last year September I was 95 kg and today 79 kg ,never stop believing your hard work and don't stop in middle,,,Eat good but don't intake sugar except fruits,, Thanks to Brian Syuki sir and am still in my journey to come 65kg ❤️💯

I have been usung this workout for 2 months now along with my shakes and LCD of 1200. I have lost a significant amount of weight but still on my journey. A month ago i was managing 50% of this workout, im now at 100% everyday 💪

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

This was awesome. I'm not a beginner but I found this just challenging enough with 8 lb weights. I had to drop to 5 lbs for a couple of the exercises but no problem completing the workout. I am 68 years young and not looking for extreme fitness. Just enough to keep me healthy. This will be added to my favourites!

One month update: I used the 1.5kg dumbbell for 30 minutes daily for 24 consecutive days and I've started to feel stronger and 4 out of 6 packs are now showing, lol. Couldn't believe that 30 minutes daily workout can work out this well. Two months update: The 6 packs are all here and I have lost 6kg. I joined this with dieting, by dieting I meant I went on a carb fast and no more sugars, at least in the artificial form. No sodas, no bread, no rice, etc. I still eat all the meat, eggs, beans and proteins. This workout is the best out here on RU-vid. Tried a few others but nothings burns more calories than this. I burn an average of 220kcal per 30 mins session using 3kg (1.5kg on each hand) dumbbells.

Yesterday, I checked my body, and I found my weight was 3 kg less and my waist size was 4 inches less. In fact, I don't like diet so I ate whatever I wanted including sugar and fat, but also I ate tons of vegetables, especially three times BSF for a week helped me most. Thank you so much, Brian!

@@raghunathiyengar9963 I began with 1kg and now I use 2 kg through 1.5 kg, I had to be careful since I had bad wrist joints. But after working with Brian, I often lift 3kg using both dumbbells at the same time. I can't say I have great physical like his abs, but my size has become slim from being fat having my doctor's advice about diet, that I didn't, instead I chose Brian and eating vegetables whenever I ate red meat, fat, sugar and booze. Never miss his workout! Good luck!

A month ago i was diagnosed with depression and which unbeknownst to me caused me to gain ALOT of weight over time. In the past month with the depression medication is starting to help, i am now on a journey of weight loss as the pill started to help my weight come down. It has been a month on weight loss shakes, super greens, exercise bike and doing this workout every night that i have lost a considerable amount of weight so far. Still have a ways to go before im at the weight i want to be but the fact is im seeing the difference. Im more confident and loving who I see in the mirror. Thank you for providing this workout it has been awesome

Yesterday i could complete only 80% and today i completed 100%. The rest time of 10secs is not working for me and i tend to take around 30 secs. Thank you for sharing this video, its really morivating me to do more and hopefully I will be able to keep up with this everyday. Thanks again.

Day 1- 86% only. 😢 7.5kg each , I stopped at stretching part😂. Day 2 -100% cut down weight to 5kg each. Because, I struggled in later part. Hope I can over come it with time. Target - 15kg weight loss. Keep me in your prayers
