Enjoy this 30 minute workout that will target the whole body, it can be done anywhere without equipment. It's an intermediate HIIT-style workout that will make you sweat and burn plenty of calories.
You will be doing each exercise for 45 seconds and resting in between for 15 seconds. If you need longer breaks, take them! Over time, it will become easier to do the full workout. You want to push yourself, but without losing the quality of movement. Like always, quality before quantity.
