30 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT - 🔥HIIT style🔥 / no equipment

Enjoy this 30 minute workout that will target the whole body, it can be done anywhere without equipment. It's an intermediate HIIT-style workout that will make you sweat and burn plenty of calories.
You will be doing each exercise for 45 seconds and resting in between for 15 seconds. If you need longer breaks, take them! Over time, it will become easier to do the full workout. You want to push yourself, but without losing the quality of movement. Like always, quality before quantity.

I was in the same boat as you, I searched tutorial videos on RU-vid on how to do the timer and it worked well. Look for this video, Create an ANIMATED COUNTDOWN TIMER in Adobe Premiere Pro.

For the Next up it's a simple text and for the video preview you duplicate your video and put it on top of the other one, and you crop at the size you want the video that you duplicate. Hope it helps.
