Poofy was great - I've seen her in the background of so many other PopSugar videos so it was fun to see her front and center! This is what dance fitness videos should be - simple moves, fun energy and cardio!
Poofy is an amazing instructor! I loved all her moves, she went at the perfect pace to follow along, and kept the energy high but real. Please do more Poofy! Paris and Lillian were so good too!
💃🏾😍 OMG! That was the best dance workout I've ever done! Poofy (Christina) is an amazing instructor! Usually, I've seen her in the background on so many other PopSugar videos. She went from a class member to an instructor! Christina has been on Popsugar Fitness for years! What a journey she's been on! I absolutely love all the moves! It definitely made me feel like I'm in a popular girl-group! Filled with so much attitude and sass! There was a lot of female empowerment too! Such a fun girl-band dance workout! Oh my god, this was amazing! I did it instead of stretching in the morning, and it gave me tons of energy. It's not that hard, like some other ones you have here, so I loved it since I could take it slow and was some room to add some "me" in there. I could follow the workout easily and was sooo happy after it. Felt like a queen! Please do create more like this. You're the best! ❤
