Do this 30 minute hatha yoga flow anytime of the day to feel your best mentally and physically. This yoga sequence incorporates full body stretches and movements to help maintain overall health and well-being. Feel free to have props near by like pillows or bolsters. However the 1 prop we need for today's class is a strap. If you don't have a strap you can use a belt, towel, long sleeve shirt, pants or a sheet...whatever you have on hand!

Here is a partial list of the things I love about Bird’s videos: 1. Her voice is calm, level, soothing, clear, and the cadence of her speech is pleasing to the ear. 2. Her cueing is easy to follow. 3. There is no extraneous, or repetitive chatter; silent periods are golden. 4. The background music compliments the instruction. 5. She is encouraging and offers modifications as well as full expressions of poses. 6. The videography is excellent. 7. She has a wide variety of classes, to suit many needs and levels for the home practitioner. 8. For these reasons, I look forward to my daily time on my mat, and the after effects! Motivation comes easily. Thank you, Bird.

You’re a fricken angel. It’s so hard to find yoga classes and workouts that aren’t advertised as ab sculpting or for fat loss. Nothing wrong with those, I just can’t do those since I’m in eating disorder recovery. You make me feel comfortable and safe in my body while doing yoga.

this was a nice longer flow. Even had a bit of heat going! I used a belt and though it was a bit short it served its purpose. Thanks for the suggestion!

Finally a yoga class that isn't a "lose fat! get a flat stomach in 7 days!" type, i'm recovering from an eating disorder but i do still want to move my body without triggering it. This was amazing! I heard so many cracks in my spine LOL, so nice. I feel so "bendy" and "loose" afterwards and i'm loving it! Thank you!

Im so happy the classes can support you in the way that you need. And i fucking HATE!! titles like that too. I dont believe yoga should ever be created for those topics. It upsets me to see them. Yoga is a practice to move the body, to feel good in the body we have. Never to “change” visually but to feel strong in our skin as we are. To be able to feel more at ease with who we are mentally and physically. Im glad we feel similar on this topic and i have found my gang!! Thank you for sharing your time with me!! 🥰💗🫶

Good morning Bird! Today is my rest day and instead of doing nothing, I decided to stretch for a change, and not just for my normal 10 mins! Did this one! Bird, the title says it all... I think it truly depends on peoples playstyle, I looked forward to totk for so long, and now that it's out it took me months to get into it... And then I fell off so quickly because of the difficulty level and complexity. Botw was more simple, calming, exploration based, I'd spend hours just walking around finding shrooms to relax, so I definitely agree with the points made in this video but 100% believe botw is still valid and amazing.

Loved this one! I had to skip the middle part with all the planks and downward dog because my wrists are not cooperating with me lately, but there were still so many other poses after that that I could do, it didn't feel like I'd skipped anything. Thank you for this!
