Hi Bird, TY so much. Your videos are helping me recover my mobility post long term struggle with herniated disc. After a month I can see more ease in my flow as I had prior to my condition leaving me flat out. I'm feeling emotional 🙏🙏as I see there is light at the end of the tunnel which reminds me to remain patient with me and where I am on Journey. TY my dear sister❤❤❤.

The first time I did this, I wasn’t able to stay still as we were doing the pose where we stand on one leg, now I’m able to do it with my right foot, as I’m sure when I’ll practice this routine again I’ll be able to stand still on my left foot. Thank you so much ❤️🤍

A wonderful workout. Great stretches and I love "dancer" pose. Thank you, Bird, for creating these short but manageable routines which do our body so much good. PS. It is so nice to see your cat. I wonder what his/her name is. 🥰❤💕Have a great day.🥰❤🙏

I was only doing the five minute classes but I must say the longer ones are more beneficial for my diagnosis of EDS. You are the only yoga instructor I watch. I do your routine when I wake up and before bed with meditation by "Great Meditation" to follow the yoga each time. You are a blessing. IT took me a long time to find a yoga instructor I wanted to watch and follow. So thank you for that!!!! You make me feel I can do this after several surgeries and wanting to get healthy and connect with the inner peace in me to get my mind healthy. With a hopeful bonus of losing a little weight and hopefully get toned in the process. Thank you. I've never done anything like this before

I really enjoy your channel.. I just recently discovered you.. other channels energy is so different from yours.. where they come off as more of instructors of that workout (and more often then not I’m in my head wishing they would shut up & get on with the practice, I know that’s not very zen of me) but I really feel like you just want to share your inner peace with others.. I feel so peaceful when I’m doing yoga with you.. I’m so grateful I found your channel.. I do enjoy the short practices but I do wish you could make some longer ones. Thank you & Namaste 🙏🏻
