This 30 Minute Indoor Walking Workout is at Mom's pace. The fun 1 mile walk for beginners, seniors is about 3600 steps and will burn calories and strengthen your cardiovascular system. It features 30 second rounds of moves that engage your upper and lower body with rounds of 20 seconds of active walking rest.

This workout can be done as a high intensity interval training workout by ramping up your pace during the 30 second intervals. For more challenge, add light weights to some or all of the moves. I use 2 pound weights for some of the moves.

am a senior citizen and your mom is my idol (i like her haircut). i used to just sit watched tv/cellphone and feel backpain and losing my leg muscle. i watched your video since 2021 and do the exercise 3x a week. i notice my leg muscle is back and my back is ok now. my phase is slower compared to your mom 🥰

I came across your videos last year while looking for exercises for my mom. She is 76 and experiences shortness of breath at times. I needed something that would give her a good workout but not strenuous or too fast and your videos are perfect. She can keep up and can even sit down when she needs to and still workout. Ladies this another hit in my book. I love variety of the workouts they're not hard to follow and your pace makes it easy to keep .up. You see I have arthritis so the pace is perfect and mom is my motivation. I get a kick out of her visions of the hot dog in the distance.

I would like to thank you ladies for your inspiration to continue to exercise. I found your videos during a time that I was feeling very sluggish. I later discovered why. I did get approval from my doctor to continue exercise. As with any activity, I am good then sometimes not as committed as I should be. But I have been trying more to be committed to exercising. Some days I stretch or some I do a bit more. I have gained more strength through your program. I still have a long way to go, but I like how I am building energy and strength. Thank you again.

I’ve been using ur chair workout videos now for almost six months. I can’t stand or walk far and I just love them. Really enjoyed the walk and seeing Mochi catch some zzzz's. After the step workout a few weeks ago, I asked about a mat, then turned around and realized that the mat I already have would be ok to use for the step workout. Now just need to order one of the steps you recommended. Blessings,

So much fun!! The mile went by really fast. I'm finally starting to get back into it with my knees, after almost three years since I got a bone bruise on the left knee from a fall down the back steps. I'm about to turn 54 in a few days, and you ladies are awesome workout buddies! Don't worry, Aiko; I have an easier time doing opposite arm-opposite leg, too! Trying to do same arm-same leg confuses my poor brain too much! Now I think I will do like Mochi and take a little nap...😁

Hi April, your video might just save my life..❤ I am so grateful. I am suffering with so many different things having been very, very active up to Covid in early 2020.. I used to ride horses, competatively and for fun and all that seemed like ancient history til I found you and your adorable mum about half an hour ago!. I can't do much without having a short rest but I am determined to try and do a little more every day until I am mobile and flexible again. I miss the 'old' me and I'm only 54 so I'm making a comeback 😂 You two and the lovely Mochi are charming and inspirational amd so generous. Thank you SO much.
