I started reducing my food potion 4weeks ago and I lost 5kg from 116.2kg now I weigh 110.4kg and started doing this workout today and managed to do all 6 rounds.I hope doing it everyday will help me reach my 80kg goal....never give up😊
What a great story. COnsistency is the key. Stay consistent and you are guranteed to reach your goals. I would love you to keep us posted during your journey.❤️
I just finished doing this now and I'm sweating so much. I was only able to do 4 rounds and I felt so good. Will keep incorporating this into my workouts till I can finish all 6 rounds. Tysm and more power to ur channel 🥰🥰
I am sooo freaking proud of myself for finishing this whole routine I nearly cried at the end because I was so sure that I would only make it through 3-4 rounds I proved myself wrong Thankyou guys for this it’s literally helping me transform my body and my life 💕
This is definitely one of the best videos out there. Very professionally done, and I love the audio cues as well as how you're told in advance what the next exercise is going to be. Oh yeah, and the routine really works your cardio big time! The near-term goal for this 51-year-older is to be able to complete this workout from start to finish.
Wow I didn't think I'd be able to complete all 6 rounds but I did it!!! I'm so happy! This is my first time jumping rope this long and I could even talk while jumping. I'm also sweating so much, such a nice surprise. Thanks for such a professional video🥰
I am 67 and been involved in Martial Arts my entire life. Your workouts are great! Those muscular Glutes and Legs are a statement to how in shape you really are... Congrats! Bill
Just got my skipping ropes few days ago and came across this video. Tried it this morning and Holy Cow! Sweated buckets! A great way to start the day.. 😀
Im new to jump roping and have done 1000 skips for the past 3 days every day. I felt like switching it up and came about this video. I managed to do the first 20min (4 rounds). I tripped over my rope a lot and had to skip at a slower pace to keep up. This was really challenging, I am dripping in sweat. Hopefully I can work my way up to finish the video one day.
Thanks for it! (Will update it on daily basis) Targeted weight 53kgs Day 1 : 69.65 kgs Day 2 : 70.00kgs Day 3 : 70.35 kgs Day 4 : 69.80kgs Day 5 : 69:72kgs
Sweaty! I love it, as someone who constantly needs to switch up my workout so I don't get bored, this has been super great and is saved to my 'workouts' playlist :)
One of my favorite cardio workouts; rope jumping. Been boxing since I was a kid. I incorporate rope jumping with my clients between weight training. Good job and video.
Last week, i was just able to finish til round 4 or 5 but today I managed to finish it til last round! (I rest more than 60s in the break😅) I feel very proud! Thank you very much for this video!
Thank you for uploading great content! I always play your videos when I jumprope and the music keeps me going, and your voice helps to know when to start and stop, so thank you a lot!!! You play a huge role in my motivation! Love from France ♥
Glad you enjoy it! And thanks for the feedback on what you enjoyed about the video as it helps me to create the BEST workout experience I can for you guys.
First time doing this one and I loved it! The music really helped keep up the pace. I have to say that at some point I switched boxer steps for basic bounce because I’m still struggling with it hahaha
I took my 9 year old kid to a jump rope tournament this weekend (he was representing his school along with 3 of his classmates). Seeing all those kids and the profissional athlets jumping made me immediately choose this video for today's workout. 😊 Such a good way to start my day and my week! 😘🔥
So I'm doing this routine for a month (: Day 1: couldn't get the boxer step, so I just jumped how I could. Jumped around 600 times. Day 2: I kinda got the boxer step uwu Did 890 jumps. It was actually harder than yesterday, but more satisfactory. Day 3. I am really tired and sweating, but I did it better: 1,361 jumps✨ I haven't exercise for the last 3 days, but I'm returning to my challenge. Day 4: I realized the boxer step is easier barefoot. Did around 256 jumps per round, so it was 1,540 jumps total. Day 5. It's been the easiest day (:1,743 jumps today. Day 6: I was tired and wanted to sleep, but I better do this workout. Jumped around 1,670 times. Now I feel tired, but with more energy uwu From now on, I'm increasing one round every 4 days, so on day 30 I'll be doing twice this workout. Day 7. It was funny 'cause my stomach hurt because of the exercise, but that motivates me more (: Today I jumped 1,717+303 of the extra round, so there's 2,040 jumps. I'm feeling really tired. Day 8: I'm sweating af, but I did really good: 1,889 + 319 (2,208 total).

Jump Rope got me in the best shape of my life 😅 I swear by it diet played a big part as well but it toned my legs was the first time I could wear shorts and my legs weren’t rubbing together
@@aniljootna5067 🤣🤣🤣🤣 just keep at it...at first it was my right foot in terrible pain...then when I was over that it was my shins....just need to keep at it until body is conditioned.
Also fokussieren und durchhalten!💪🏻
wow I am sweating love it when my feet was hurting I seat down and modified it but I still did a excellent job just starting to jump rope today love it
@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS Love tour Endurance workout 3B you posted three months back. That’s my go to video, also the background music in that is on point! I just add a HIIT session righter after following that video. Keep up the excellent work 🤙🏽
OMG! I am so happy you added the voice transitions. I do your 30 minute workouts on Wednesdays and I am so excited to do this. It is going to be amazing!!
I know this is an older video but it’s still a great workout! Just did this for my Day 11 of jumprope every day till 6 pack. I substituted Run in Place for Side Straddle. My starting weight is 195lb and I’m right around 190. Goal is 175lbs. I will keep going beyond reaching my goal!
@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS I was a big fan of the format. 6 rounds, 5 individual exercises per round. The 20 second breaks allow me time to do a few pushups in between
This video was created many years ago and we didn't add that detail back then. If you want to know an accurate measurement you might have to use a wearable or look it up using your stats using an online calculator.
According to my watch this counted about 2200 jumps 250 cals burned 139 avg heart rate 166 max heart rate I find this to be light, but i really enjoyed it! Will be doing this on days i dont want to do too much. Thank you

Really enjoy these workouts. Esp the 30 mins / 40 mins ones with varied exercises. I think some have now been removed which is a shame. Can you upload these again please?? 🙏🙏
Unfortunately it wasn’t our decision. RU-vid de-monetised our channel and asked us to remove videos. It has definitely be an interesting couple of days for us and caught us off guard. Hopefully you stick with the feed as we will continue uploading videos. Again thanks for your understanding in what has been a difficult few days for us.
Hello, question, what time should we do this, morning? And everyday for how many days and once a day? And I am 15 I want to lose thigh fat and full body fat, so I want to do jumping rope, please help me
Hi you can do the jump rope workout whenever suits you, i recommend in the morning or afternoon. Do this workout before you have any breakfast/lunch. I personally do it once because twice will really make your body feel worn off. You can do it every day with one day off but also 2-4 times a week..
Where did you learn your technique there is such a rythm and a flow how long have you been doing this now you are certainly proficient and magnifico at what you do .So beautiful to watch mesmerizing.😎
Hey Mel I am self taught in jump rope training and started this in my late 30's so this is achievable for anyone. I hope that you are enjoying the content and wish you all the best in your training.
