This is a great 30 Minute workout. I did not feel like exercising at all, but I knew who to turn to for a warm up and motivation, it was you Kaleigh, and wow, now onto a half hour of stretching and strength training. Thank you for your Motivation and jump start.

I've been doing kaleighs cycling videos since February or March. I took a break from the gym for most of that time. I just went back last week and I saw how much I had transformed from doing these cycling videos. My legs are stronger than they've ever been, and I feel so confident.
