Selena, when you ended the workout with "Well done, Ladies!", that was the greatest post-workout compliment I've ever received :) I'm a man, and the workouts on this channel FAR outperform the men-led workouts I've done on other channels. Great job. I'm a big fan!

this workout was tough ! I was done by the time we reached the burnout :/ this motivates me even more to kill it next time, def gonna do this at least 2-3 times a week
Can I do this exercise 3-4 times a week along with leg workout 3times for rest of the days? H guys have uploaded so many videos so it's very difficult to understand which workout to follow. I and looking for a whole body workout. Pls suggest.will doing these two workouts will work?
