I have been doing your workouts for the last 2 weeks, and i feel so much stronger now. I wanted to give my respect to all the instructors, how they are able to remain in a good mood and smile while you are pushing yourself. I catch myself yelling and cursing sometimes during these sessions haha

Great instructor. I love that you taught and ensured we did the moves right during the workout. No too strenuous but still challenging. I felt like I had a good workout but didn't over do it.

Guys! This is the first workout in my life that i havebeen able to complete at their pace and i even did the whole armrap or however its called. Im amazed. This chanel is awesome!!! Big thanks to you and even you people! i love to read some comments while drinking water and catching my breath back.

Exercise will help build your muscle but you need to reduce your body fat in order to be able to see that muscle! So that means you should be eating in a caloric deficit so nutrition is key.
