It's abs day! I have 5 pound dumbbells today that will add some resistance to your ab movements but they are not mandatory for today's workout! We are working tabata style today so that means 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. For each exercise we will complete 4 rounds of 20 seconds of work and then we will move on to the next exercise! The muscles we will target today are your rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis! We have 13 exercises to complete today, grab some space on your mat and let's CRUSH IT together!!

The only excersize I couldn't do was the scissor chop with hands in the air. I had to drop the weights and go complete beginner style lol...still scissor chopped my legs tho and finished the whole workout. Can't wait to get stronger with you 😁

Crushed it! What a great core burn out! My core strength has improved so much since I began training with you! It's crazy how quickly progression happens when you're consistent!
