This is a workout video that you guys have requested quite a bit in my RU-vid channel history! This standing abs workout will leave you feeling tight and toned and really requires you to focus on all the muscles in your core! Focus on your breathing and your squeezing! You can use dumbbells or wrist weights if you would like, I am using 3 pound dumbbells but they are not required if you are not ready for the dumbbells! Let me know how the workout is for you and if you felt the burn!

Thanks for this standing abs and core workout! I have neck issues, so a lot of the standard on-the-floor ab exercises hurt my neck, and put it in jeopardy of injury. So I am always looking for effective ways to work my core while standing.

Hey! This is just what I needed girl!:) been recovering from pulled shoulder and almost broke foot again (Lol) its just me being accident prone. And I just needed some motivation to get back in the groove and this was awesome!!!! I used my 3 lb weight ( course I love heavy lol) but I love what light can do too and I really felt this in upper body and core. Even lil glute!:) So thank you for the inspiration and glad to see you moving like you are as well from your injury! Have a blessed New Year and loved ones!
