I just want to say - THANK YOU!! I have a herniated disk and TRX/band work is about all I can do from a pain perspective. I have tried lots of YT workouts but none gave me the challenge I crave while also being mindful of my injury. Your workouts leave me sweating (something I miss from my heavy lifting days) and I can feel myself getting stronger after nearly two years of nerve damage I am now recovering from. I especially love the slow with fast progressions as I’m able to really feel into my body again. ❤
I usually feel like all lower-body-workouts consist of the same boring exercises - this one was really fun and challenging! Also loved the minimal breaks, so effective!

I did this with a band, but mostly weights and modified the exercises. It would be nice if you offered alternative exercises if you don't have a trx. Was hard, though!
Hey Jessica! I would suggest going to playlists - then list by equipment available. You can then choose a workout based on the equipment you have available ❤️ I have a ton of workouts without the TRX strap! Great job regardless
