30 Minute TRX Upper Body & Core Strength Workout | Suspension Training At Home | Low Impact

Grab your suspension trainer, and a mat for this 25 minute upper body and core drop set strength workout. You may want a towel and hydration around as well. Today's focus is strengthening the entire upper body. Today's format is dropset supersets. We will perform 2 exercises at a time before taking a break. The first exercise will be the more challenging variation of the superset. We will perform this exercise for 60 seconds. After that exercise, we either switch up the exercise, and/or switch up the tempo. The second exercise will be performed for 60 seconds, but we will split it up in a 30 second/ 30 second format. We will either change the tempo or make a slight change to the exercise again. After each superset, we will have a 15 second recovery before moving on to a new superset.
There will be a demo/upcoming exercise in the upper right hand corner of your screen. You and I do not have to go at the same speed/tempo. Find a pace/speed/resistance that feels challenging for *you*. For most exercises, if you want to make the exercise feel more challenging you can waIk closer towards the anchor point to increase the resistance. This applies to the opposing view as well, if you want to make the exercise more attainable, walk further away from the anchor point (for most exercises). At the very end of the workout, we will be placing feet in the cradle. If needed, perform the "drop" version in place which is feet on the mat. I hope you enjoy this one! I have to admit that last section killed me-I had to go out of the cradle for the last 2 sets-i was literally buckling to fatigue-GOALS!!!

I’m doing great 😀 I’m about five weeks out from hitting the IFBB pro stage. My body fat decreases significantly when prepping for a bodybuilding show. It’s done purposely. The body fat will slowly increase after the season is over.
