This is a great video. For those of you who find that she goes a bit too fast in this one (I had to scramble to hit pause on my phone after finishing a set to have enough time to move between the dumbbells and the straps) you can adjust the playback speed to .75 in your RU-vid settings.
This was my first TRX workout and it was HARD! But wow what a great new way to work my muscles! Totally adding more TRX to my weekly rotations, thank you for all the variety you offer! 🙏 ❤
Larie you kill me!! I’ve never done a workout of yours that I didn’t like, but I especially love this one, it leaves me sore every time!! I do it once a week. I’d love some more TRX workouts for upper body! Thank you so much!
I was wondering if even 15 lbs would really work but that with TRX makes for a great combo. Am working on lean out and weight loss for cycling and mountain biking so the "big heavy" is actually a hindrance to me. This was a GOOD one...thanks again always appreciate you sharing your time and talent

Don’t worry about going at the same speed/tempo as me. Slow it down! We don’t have to hit the reps at the exact same time. Find a pace/tempo that feels good for you. I do agree, I’m a little quick here, must’ve hit the pre-workout a bit too hard that day lol You’re doing great Angie! ❤️
