Loved it! Every HIIT in the Macklemore songI loved. Had more trouble with squats b/c going faster so don’t think my form was good but otherwise liked them. LOVE your workouts, Gina!
I had been sick for about month and a half with a debilitating cough that just wouldn't go away and wasn't able to work with you during that whole time 🙁 I'm back and I gotta say that I really enjoyed this workout, is by far, one of my favorites! Thank you for putting together such a fun and challenging routine!

So much fun! The time flies by on this one. I love the first song because it gets me into the right headspace to get my HIIT on. Mountain climbers are always a challenge, mainly because of my wrists, but I do appreciate the quick challenge and may pull in a chair for future sessions. As far as fav move...hard to pick...I did add a choreo switch up on the "run run run, knee ups" because it's just plain fun, so maybe that one.
A new favorite!! Always love whatever the bent knee with foot behind you is called. 1-1-2 knee ups were challenging. My shoes felt heavy. But I did it and I’m extraordinary bc I did!!! Yay all of us ✨ Also, I felt very encouraged, supported and understood as you know just when we are flagging and need that extra “give it all you’ve got!”
Great workout. I follow to the best of my abilities. Mountain climbing I could not do. Your bubbly personality gets me through some of the tougher routines
This was so fabulous!! I love the combination hit with dance moves. Very doable for any level. It's been on my must watch list for a bit and I finally had time for it today.🥰

This might be my favorite workout of yours so far, and I have done a lot of them! I love the combo of HIIT and lower impact, and I feel this workout was an excellent balance. I hope to see more like ethis one! I also really liked the music you choose for this. It fit the style of workout and the moves very nicely, and I found them to be effectively motivating to stick with it and follow you in each song in terms of keeping HIIT as HIIIT and low impact as low impact. As for my favorite HIIT move, I'd say the running/kicking bit. For least favorite, yes, for sure: Mountain Climbers! However, they are an appropriate challenge 😀

I deal with various levels of depression a lot, and even if I start out feeling 0 at the beginnig of the workout, I almost always feel better, even if just a bit, by the end and am glad I did it. That's a big deal. A little can go a very long way when I'm in that situation. Always looking forward to see what you come out with next!
A coworker told me about you in 2020, and I have done that new years walk soooo many times! But this workout is awesome too! So glad to have found you and this hiit workout! This was more energetic that I expected simply because I was able to run for the 1st time whereas normally I'd walk. Fave was therefore the running back and forth with knee once back then bunny hop. As I can't get down on the floor easily due to where screen is / straining neck to look at screen instead of mountain climbers I did slow and fast knees instead. Your smile and enthusiasm is very contagious.

Yes,yes, yes!!!!! Heart rate 178, swimming in sweat, but the amount of smiles and endorfin flowing through me was incredible!!! Thank you Gina, my fav so far!!! Please do more of these and maybe a longer latin/zumba clip.
Finally did this one. Looking foward to see how much easier it will become after time. Favourite moves are always the skaters. Worse move is the planks. Oh well makes us stronger.

Loved that this was a dance workout!!! Really enjoyed the small modifications to standard moves: Heisman but with feet flipped in at end instead of usual knee up, kickbacks turned into jogging kickbacks...Thanks!!!

Wow! I haven't worked out that for a very long time (as my extra weight will attest) but I did it! Even a couple of sets of the mountain climbs and I struggle with any floor exercises. Thank you!

Great workout! I really like skaters as a Hiit move. While mountain climbers are not my favorite, I have seen progress in my ability to do them! What doesn't challenge you doesn't change you, right? :D
The jumping-jacks were challenging, and I couldn't do the mountain climb moves quite well because I spent 5 seconds thinking "help me, what's going on" kkkkkk and my floor was a bit slippery. My favorite HIIT move was the one from the first song! I love the dance/HIIT combination! Thanks, best wishes and sparkles!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Enjoyed your hiit workout . Would also enjoy more diverse music like bollywood , arabic to do belly dancing. Your bubbly personality and teaching makes the workout fun. More hiit workouts would be great
